The location was amazing with all the sights and great restaurants within easy walking distance! The rooms were lovely and clean and lots of room. The front desk people were very helpful. Would definately stay again!
The staff at the roof too bar were not that attentive and almost rude.
Almost everything, location is v good (but no view frm the rm) rooms spaciuos and modern, staff are sweet and professional .Its up to its given standard.... "5 star boutique hotel"
We stayed only 1 night, but the service was outstanding, we even got an upgrade to a suite for that short stay! Questions about places to go out and offering help with anything, no problem at this beautiful boutique hotel, full of modern art! We even got a note from housekeeping when we forgot to take the "do not disturb" sign off the room door, asking us when it would be a better time for us for the 2nd cleaning and making our beds and the room ready for the night! Long story short: one of the best hotel we have ever experienced, if not the best! Plus it will never stay the same, as their current pieces of art will be exchanged once per month, so you will always be surprised when you come back!
This hotel is beautiful and in my opinion, in a great location for fairly easy walks to all the major sights of Rome. The rooms are quite small and a little dark, but for the amount of time we spent in ours, these minor points were not an issue. I think it is the staff that really made our stay perfect, as they were so welcoming and attentive.
There are two minor issues, the first being that for the price you pay, breakfast could perhaps have been included. The second slight negative is that there was an inter connecting door to the next room, which although was locked, we could in fact hear very clearly the occupants conversations and even there alarm clock going of early one morning.
Amazing hotel, staff, location, suite is amazing , would come back again
The staff was particularly helpful and friendly
Great location Amazing staff Rooftop terrace with incredible views and relaxing feel Walk to shops, restaurants and all of Rome's tourist attractions
Food and drink were very expensive but could easily walk to other restaurants etc.
Location. Massive comfy bed. Glorious bathroom, with nice fluffy dressing gowns. Courteousness of the staff. Great views from rooftop terrace!
Room was a little dark as there was only a window looking over a side return. A function took over the terrace on the last night, which was a bit annoying.
very friendly personnel very clean and comfortable
garden bar was often occupied by private parties
excellent staff. Friendly, good English, thoughtful and helpful especially with Taxi's, restaurants and tours. It was particularly thoughtful to provide a cake and champagne on my partners birthday.
You need to get a few more Irons!
Everything was amazing, definetly one of the best hotels Ive stayed in so I will be back in the near future.
Location, room, service
wifi is unstable
Lovely appointed rooms. Toilets were also amazing. Design and quality of the hotel was top notch.
Wifi was a little slow. Only the main concierge could be trusted. Others were either not knowledgeable or didn't give that good service we would expect from a classy place like this. Location was slightly inconvenient if you're not fond of walking.
Staff really helpful and considerate I left two belts and they posted them on to my home address.
Spacious modern room and bathroom. Excellant view on the 5th floor. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Nothing, except that the pictures hanged on the wall wouldn't be appropriate for kids.
Lobby is small
Staff was amazing. Room and hotel were immaculate.
I recommend this hotel as one the best in Rome for so many reasons!!! I would like to thank Mr Dario the manager and Mr Juba... The receptionist ... Because they were so professional and friendly, that made my stay at the hotel and generally my trip in Rome unforgettable... Thank you very much
The breakfast. Very poor for a 5 stars hotel.
Very responsive staff. Clean hotel. Beds were comfortable. Helpful for organizing family events and friendly with kids and adults staying there.
room was boiling at night and super hot, temps in the bldg. are a little hard to get a handle on but its the Roman deal they tell me. I thought the price was a bit high generally for the size of room.
The entire staff was super accommodating and we had a lovely stay.
We stayed in the suite and it was nice and comfy
Most of the staff's are great but not all of them. The restaurant (Which operates separately from the hotel) messed up with my in-room breakfast and has a mixed standard of service.
Friendly and helpful staff Elegantly decorated rooms Well equipped bathrooms Excellent air conditioning Good breakfasts Junior suites a good value Roof bar with spectacular views Great location
Dim lighting in rooms Beds too soft Some "superior" rooms are tiny and those with communicating doors to next room let in excessive noise and are overall a bad value
The staff was very welcoming and warm. They where really sweet when we checked in. We loved the comfy beds and the cleanliness. The rooftop bar was a big bonus with the most beautiful view :-)
As I am not a big eater in the morning we only had breakfast once. As there was no bread on the Continental I asked the waiter if I could have noe toasted piece of bread with my tea and muffin. This I had to pay 30€ for wich I find horrendeus. And if the breakfast was included in the price its still only average.
The staff and the hotel were excellent. Upgraded to a suite. very comfortable.
The shower did not drain properly.
