O hotel é muito bom, as acomodações são confortáveis e de bom gosto. É novo e possui um excelente restaurante - 1 estrela no Miclhelin. Equipe simpática e eficiente.

O bairro onde está localizado o hotel é bem central, mas a rua é bem escondida e acanhada. Um pouco mais de luminosidade no quarto também seria interessante pois da forma que está dificulta a leitura.

Excelente localização, elegante, confortável e staff muito eficiente, além de cortês.

New, modern and excellent location

Staff is cold and aloof and desperately needs training in how to treat and manage guests. By the way, the roof top terrace was closed our entire 5 day stay even though the weather was perfect

The level of service in this hotel was very high from the moment we checked in after our long flight from Canada to the help we received from the concierge regarding the transportation for the next leg of our trip. The room was extremely comfortable with generous closet space and a wonderful large bathroom. The room was cleaned in the morning and then there was a further freshening up in the evening. The hotel is filled with interesting modern art. Above all, the location is perfect - close to the Spanish Steps and shopping areas. We loved this hotel, and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast is a bit expensive.

Well managed hotel with a very friendly and professional staff. Nice room and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was great, lobby bar was perfect, service in general was very good. My personal score - 9 out of 10.

The only thing which I didn't like - design of the lift hall. Improve it - and this will be the first hotel in my rating with the score 10 out of 10.

Excelent hotel location to walk around main sights. Modern design, very professional and friendly staff. Nice roof bar with beautiful view for spain stairs and vatican.

There was a door between rooms inside, that making worse audibility conditions.

The position of the hotel is excellent for viewing the major attractions of Rome by foot plus it's at the heart of all the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has a sophistication and quality about it that seasoned travellers like us appreciate. The hotel also has a couple of tiny little electric cars which you can hire quite cheaply ( unlike everything else in Rome). We hired one and had a great morning driving most of the city which we prefered to do instead of taking the open top buses with lots of other people.

Unbelievable room. 404 with the terrace and hot tub. I was there with my 21 year old daughter but I would better recommend this room for romance. For us it was like a three day stay at a spa with all the amenities. The staff is very professional, available 24/7, and gracious beyond compare. Very good location in central Rome. Close to the hop on, hop off bus line and some unbelievable restaurants. Room service rocks too! If you go to the bar, try the "Sweet Dreams" cocktail. Pricey but worth the tantalizing taste on your tongue! The bartender there created the recipe and is very engaging to all patrons. He was so kind to share his recipe. 5 stars to his service! 5 stars to everyone we encountered in this hotel. I would highly recommend!

The staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left were warm, friendly, professional and generally of the highest standard. Their local knowledge was excellent and directions and suggestions always helpful. This was our first visit to Rome and wanted to ensure a good dining experience each evening. We had some suggestions which we talked through with the staff on reception by the time we had unpacke we had three reservations for the 3 evenings we were in rome. All turned out to be first rate. The suite was roomy and comfortable wel appointed with the usual facilities you would expect from a 5 star. Excellent. My usual slight critiscm of hotel rooms in general and that is a lack of plug sockets and low level lighting.

Very clean. Comfortable king size bed. Located within walking distance to many attractions and good restaurants in the area. Very helpful concierge.

Only shower fixture was a wand which was a bit cumbersome - not major issue.

The Reception staff and Restaurant and bar staff could not have been more courteous or helpful and one felt as if you were special.

Regrettably a small hick-up on room cleaning - the glasses were just replaced on the tray without cleaning - two days running. Also evening 'Turn Down Service" was proposed at 5pm, much too early. So if you did not go out to dinner say before 7pm - you did not get this evening service,

Firstly the design and the 'moderness' of the hotel. Secondly the service/ front desk staffs that I get in contact with were all very helpful, polite and helpful. Keep it up

Fairly surprised to hear from the front desk that they ran out of city map. Such a highly rated 5 star hotel, how can you allow that to happen? We had to find ourselves around when we first arrived at 930am (too early for check in) Secondly when we finally get to check in around 6pm, thinking of going to the open air bar for a pre dinner drinks, was told the bar will be closed for private function. It's really disappointing as the only two reasons why we booked this hotel was its central location and the magnificent view we get from the roof top terrace. In the end we did not even get a glimpse of the bar and we checked out the next morning.I Think would be great if you inform your customers in advance in future.
