Professional dance shows Accommodation (bungalow) Helpful staff Location Activities and amenities
Kids disco every night near restaurant was a bit much by end of the week. LOL
The location was convenient for the Autostrade and hence travelling around the area. Accommodation was clean as were all the kitchen utensils.
For self catering, the kitchen was basic.
grounds well maintained; other visitors respectful; good facilities; fairly priced; staff very friendly and helpful with v good spoken English
kitchen facilites basic with no mircro wave kettle or toaster; no emglish TV programs;
We stayed in the apartments overlooking the pool. They are in a great location and not at all noisy. The restaurant, bar and pool staff were great. Location is good but the Sirmione old town is a long walk away. Best to drive or bus.
Reception staff were not very friendly and did not really share the same good attitude of staff in the restaurants, pool, animation etc. Restaurant can't really handle the Friday night rush but really tried hard!
Clean well maintained site .
The 'family entertainment' was repetitive and far too loud - I'm not quite sure who the entertainment was aimed at? We wanted to sit outside in the evening but had to leave the site as the music blared out from 8 - 11.20 every night and there's only so much Mr Blobby(!) a person can take. Also, it's a bit mean to charge for wi-fi use when you've already paid £1200 to stay.
Fantastic facilities, lots of activities for children, excellent entertainment from the animation team.
Reception staff were not very friendly. Our accommodation was not available until after the expected time. Restaurant staff were very slow.
Enough animation and activities for children. Clean park with lots of facilities.
There wasn't enough kitchenware to prepare some food.
Good location nearby mountains, Verona and Venice. Campground has direct access to the Garda lake. Nice swimming pools with enough chairs. Nice restaurant with lake view.
No BBQ equipment. Chalet was not so clean. Shop closes from 12 till 16:00.
the restaurant faces the lake -beautiful sunsets - nice breakfast - easy to take a lake swim - great pools - very clean - lots of space poolside - Great Bar by Pool and lake - very nice staff overall
the Dinner buffet food was so - so - just the pasta and pizza dishes were okay (otherwise better to order from the menu direct - not pensione). the room was a Bit small (cramped) - doesn't really matter as long as it doesn't rain
Good, but not like it is look on the pictures :)
Very nice place to stay, staff very friendly especially at the restaurant and the pool bar, food was very very good at very reasonable prices. We will definitely return as the holiday was perfect there.
Nothing, all was very good
We were happy to stay in a new mobile home for 6 people - very comfortable. SPAR shop in 200 m was helpful. Complimentary vine.
The swimming pool is closed too early. You have to buy bathing cap to use it.
Lovely place. Great with kids (all ages). Been at Garda Village already 4 times. Really like the apartments (comfort). Good facilities, aqua gym, safe place for kids, football field, beach etc.
The camp it's self was lovely and really for families
They could run a shuttle bus to siermino
Beach, pool, supermarket, playground are very close to the bungalow
Location is good, general parc facilities are also good, staff is friendly and general atmosphere is positive.
Bongalow (comfort bungalow 4p) should be cleaner, and was clean at our 2 previous stays in this parc. This time especially the bathroom wasn't clean. Shower and bathroom in general had a lot of black mold (floors, shower, even ceiling had spots). Also the toilet itself wasn't cleaned properly (quite harsh to state but there was still poo inside). In general the bungalow (comfort bungalow 4 ppl) is quite small, it was ok for 2 persons, but I wouldn't want to be in it with more.
over all nice place lots to do for small children.
bungalows are small but compact and. clean
Good location and good value for money
On 2 nights very loud neighbours with no consideration for other people - didn't appear to be anybody from site asking them to behave
The staff had the worst manner i have ever come across , no manners watsoever. Very dissapointed!
Arrange atleast one Toilet paper in the Toilet.
The location was beautiful. There was a decent swimming pool.
The accommodation was absolutely nothing like the description. It was incredibly basic and certainly not suitable for 4 adults, as paid for. The bed was very uncomfortable and we didn't even have a sofa to sit on! It wasn't very clean and the whole site was very scruffy. We asked for missing items (cup, knife, curtains) on day 1 and never received them. We would certainly not stay there again.
Dirty Neglected The walls are so thin that you can hear the conversations of the other apartments.
Great animation team. Kept kids and adults busy and entertained. Nice pool although still too chilly for me to swim in June. Kids could manage splash pool. Nice beach area. We took a private boat from Sirmione who dropped us off at pier further up from Garda Village beech. Bar and restaurant expensive compared to other bars and restaurants in area and in Venice.
Public transport a long walk with little kids and only runs on hour. Shuttle bus would be good to get people to Garda Land. Free bus runs from Peshiera station. No iron available and no kettle in apartments but managed without.
