Family orientated, would be gorgeous in the summer, unfortunately all facilities unavailable in October. Nicely local. Would visit again.x Facilities conserving October. Although nothing to do with the site, its worth mentioning that gardaland, movieland and other attractions are only open on weekends from October onwards.

Good location for family vacation. Very close to Sirmione, and to major roads. We've spent s few days in October, so there weren't too many people. Nearby shops for in-house cooking's products In October, the pool is useless

Apartment and the Village create a good first impression but after a closer look and we found cob-webs every where!!! We found cob-webs everywhere on the apartment walls and in the children play area. My son returned from the play area scratching both his feet; probably spider bites! Also we went there in the last week of September and most of the things we enquired about like lawn tennis & animation shows were already closed for 2 weeks back. So that was a definite let down. And the location of the village is not great as you don't get any views of the lake from the apartment. I don't think we will stay there again and won't recommend it unless you are in a group and like to use the sports facilities. After driving around the Garda lake we realised it would be nicer to stay in one of the smaller lake side apartments.

We choose this hotel as it looked like one of the best in the area from the pictures on the website. We were not wrong with this. Although the decor is a little dated now the facilities are everything you need and the room we had was fantastic. My wife and I got married in the castle nearby (10min walk away) so we were put into a lovely room with ornate itallian furniture, which looked stunning on the photo's. The hotel is run by an Itallian couple who don't speak English that well, but they made us feel very welcome and were extremely friendly. We will definately go back for our wedding aniversary.

We stayed in the new apartments. They were new, clean, nice and right next to the pool. We had enough room, however we stayed there with four people in a six persons apartment. The village is next to the lake which is amazing. You can even eat there with a view over the lake. It has its own supermarket and restaurant. The apartment has only two bedrooms, if you stay with six people, they have to sleep on a cough that can be extended to two beds which are not very comfortable. Also, the pool already closed at 17.30, that was a bit too soon. I also wouldn't take the breakfast and just eat breakfast at the apartment.

It was well placed for visiting Lake Garda, although a car would have been useful. The room was quiet and peaceful, probably the best I have had in this respect. The pool area was well kept and very clean. The restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed several meals there. The shop on site was also welcome as the nearest supermarket was a bit away. It was an easy walk to the nearest town but not for carrying groceries. Right on the lake. Good facilities for sport,etc, although we did not use them. Basic accomodation, not many frills. Very regimented, wrist bands an unnecessary irritation and strict closure of the pool at 6.00. No entertainment at night > this is a major drawback for a site away from facilities, although it was September there were still a lot of people in the park and there was nothing to do in the evening. One of the women in the supermarket was very unhelpful and downright rude.

We had booked a mobile home for 4 but was upraded on arrival to one for 6. It seemed very new and everything was well kept from the home to the grounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was great and the beach was much better than expected. We did not avail of the entertainment as it was catering mostly for younger children. Was surprised how peaceful the village was. We had a car so location was perfect for trips to Sirmione, Gardaland, Verona, Bergamo etc. Really loved the stay and didn't want to go home. The lake is warmer than the pool which is nice on a hot day. Cooking is possible but you need to buy everything, salt, sugar, washing up liquid, tea towels etc and there are very few utensils for proper cooking. There is no kettle so you have to boil water in a pot. Overall I was really impressed and can't find anything serious to fault.

Overall the stay was pleasant, the kitchen is equiped with basic stuff, need to bring dish-washing detergrnt, wiper and garbage bags. The facilities looks nice, we didn't use most of them as we went out to tour the area around Lake Garda and came back very late, but it seem to have many attractions. The beds were comfortable and The location is very good.

I'd say this is a kind of apartment hotel with a perfect location. It's suitable for family vacation or weekend spending. The animation program was poor and not really interesting. The lake entrance is required to be cleared to be usefull.

Great value for money. There was no phone in the mobile home. When we made our booking we were ensured that the mobile home we booked was specious enough to facilitate a baby cot. However that was far from true. We had to remove the bedside tables, move the bed to the side which left space just enaugh for the cot (but not enough to put even half a foot...).
