The design of the Hotel and the location

Apart from the incredible location downtown besides the Duomo, the value for money is really unworthy

The hotel doesn't meet the standards of the world wide 5 star hotels. Even though of the location, this doesn't really explain the huge room prices towards a lack of several complementary amenities usually available in the class of hotels. Everything is upon charge, from the breakfast to internet. The rooms are very small even if it is a double room.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff and the location while everything else isn't good at all.

Room extremely small. Showers are lousy to use and makes the whole bathroom wet and even the room gets wet due to the tiny size . It is very expensive for what it is . For sure I will never stay at this hotel again

The location is in the tourist/shopping area of Milan.

The shower did not drain properly and even though we reported this twice, it was ignored, apart from replacing the towels we had used to mop the floor.

Enjoyed the location,along with the professional staff and relaxed atmosphere.Comfortable beds and good quality clean linen.

Thought the breakfast was expensive.

The decoration of the hotel - the location

The room is too small and the bed is not compatible for 2 persons. Overall its not comfortable hotel.

Excellent location, everything within walking distance.

That is was right in the center of the shopping area

The central location; clean bedding every day; courteous staff.

The 'aesthetic' behind the interior design. Too many lights in the bedroom but not where they were actually needed, i.e. on internal stairs. No hanging-hooks in the bathroom! Inducements to use the (pricey) minibar. Very high bar prices. Very high cost of breakfast, as an (optional) extra. Audible sounds from other bedrooms.

Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Härlig, bekväm säng. Perfekt läge, lugnt och ändå precis i centrum. Bra badrum. Trevligt med välkomstfat på rummet innhållande bär, choklad och kakor, mycket tjusigt upplagt. Kul med alla designdetaljer i all inredning på hotellet. God frukost, fast jag bara tog ett fruktfat.
