Rooms are cold and airconditionîg noisy
The location, the design, the size..it is a small hotel.
Lighting could have been stronger in the room.
I previously reviewed this hotel and mentioned how great it is. staff, location, comfort...etc but forgot to mention the one major problem. the ac / heater!
you don't have control over the ac in your room. my room was set to 26 degrees which is way too high for me, and my friends room was set at 21 degrees which was too cold for them and no matter how many times we asked the reception they couldn't change it. for winter we can open the windows but in summer I believe this would be a real problem.
janina was amazing! very very helpful. all staff were extremely helpful. the hotel is nice and comfortable. the location is perfect.
no iron and iron board in the hotel and charge for every time we need to iron our clothes!
Very nice location , good service friendly staff and helpfull staff and very clean place
Noisy road no double glase window , no access for car easily , no heating service and complimentary kittles for tea and coffee and water comparing to other 5 star hotels
Great location for central Milan and Duomo area
Rooms very small, wifi patchy at best, beds very firm
1 minute from Doumo square. Very friendly staff.
A little bit poor breakfast for 5star hotel
Of course the location from the hotel is excellent for shopping and visiting historical Milano. The staff was very friendly en helpful.
We paid almost € 500,00 per night for a luxury room. This price is complete out of balance considering the quality and comfort from the hotel. Breakfast was extra € 36,00 per person...! Wifi speed was poor. Better use 4G.
The staff were really helpful. The location is perfect, modren rooms.
Wifi disconects, small tv, no water heater, breakfast is very limited.
Location, very close to the duomo and other facilities. Cleanliness, housekeeping took excellent care of cleaning our room.
Noisy: Very close to a car park building, lot of people gather at the back street (For Mc Donald's, movie theater, Luini and Cioccolati Italian), and in my room I hear chairs moving all day & night even late at night. Room: Room size is very very small, and although my request was with a baby crib, that room didn't even fit for a crib!! Instead of taking care of their customer, they tried to sell me an upgrade for EUR. 100/Night.
Just on the doorstep of the Duomo!
No that much to be honest
Fantastic location in central Milan. Hip decor. Comfy bed.
Not enough time to stay longer.
We love everything in this lovely cozy fancy hotel the staff so friendly and helpful the location is great
Location, design, ambience...
Breakfast is extra
Very different styling, we had a room with our own private gym. Very central location.
Not easy to find, parking expensive (45), hotel staff were a bit stiff
room is very small.it is not a 5 star hotel by any means
Great location for shopping. Friendly staff. Clean room.
Noisy at night, could hear chairs being moved possibly from the bar below. Also when having a shower water would go everywhere.
Centrally located and very convenient to reach shops and restaurants as soon as you step out of the hotel.
Everything about the hotel is small- from the lobby, corridors, rooms.
We spent 5 nights in this hotel. The room was very hot. We did inform the concierge several times he didn't care about that. We did came down personally and he was very rude and unprofessional promising to call a technician to fix the AC and he didn't after a long day he sent the lobby boy to the room and he lyied on us as he is sending the technician. When we told him this is not a technician he said its late now so we can't call a technician although he is the same concierge we did talk to from 9 in the morning. After a big fight with the rude concierge I did ask him to call the manager and he said I can't call her she will be here in the morning and we don't have any other solution your room is hot if you want to check out it's up to you. All this was after 3 days of our stay and dayiky complaints. When I met the manager next day it was the last night before checking out she was not able to do more than saying sorry but tell me how we can help you. I can't imagine how uts come 5 star hotel in milan in this amazing location and they can't fix there AC for 6 nights. I can't imagin 5 star hotel has very rude concierge as this one and a manager who can't do anything for a guest complaint against very simple thing in the hotel. And how is 5 star hotel control the temp for their guest rooms. It was the worst 5 star hotel I've been in. I'll never recommend it for anybody. It's too expensive with the worst hospitality I ever see in my life.
The location of the hotel is super, the rooms great ,they also make us upgrade of our room.the breakfast was overated in comparison with the price 35 euro .My suggestion is to reduce the price , to improve the wifi and also the breakfast
The breakfast terrible also the wifi veri slow and the facilities minimum
The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly
Location and value for money
The balcony had bugs a lot. The breakfast was poor
Very close to fashion district. Had an excellent location.
