The hotel is rather new and modern. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to visit the fitness room and sauna. The restaurant downstairs is ok with good service and reasonable prices, but nothing special.

Some residents were celebrating something at 2 in the night and since the rooms' walls seem to be built of paper, it was very loud and uncomfortable. They cooled down in 20 mins, but still.

The design of the hotel and rooms is very modern. Friendly service. Great indoor pool & spa.

Located in an industrial estate. The food and drinks from the mini bar and the restaurant are over-priced.

I have stayed at The Hub for 4 years now as it is close to the fiera in Milan.

This year the service has become very poor and the condition of the hotel is very poor value for money. The room 1211 stank of dampness and mould and when moved to room 8/11 the ceiling constantly leaked from the room above. I will never stay there again and I will no longer take rooms there for my staff who had room 611 and it also stank of dampness and mould. For over 400 euros a night it should be 5 star. Disgusting place and the management should be sacked.

Nice hotel with very polite and helpfull staff. The rooms are modern and well decorated. Free wifi and parking in front of the hotel. Overall an excellent price-quality ratio. Also the restaurant is recommended, altough it's not that cheap.

It's located in the outskirts of Milano in an unfriendly area. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the nearest trainstation, but it still takes you about 45 minutes to reach the center.

Very modern, comfortable hotel. As we were passing by Milano only, it was perfectly located next to the a4. Easy to get in, easy to get out. Good cost x benefit.

The lady lowendy was a very good representative for the hotel in the reception area. but the room was not very clean.

Except the terrible noise due to paper thin walls and one staff at the reception who try to extract an extra 40 euros from me......

The hotel was very nice and modern and breakfest was very good and rich. Room was modern and coffe making faccility was nice.

The door was too thin, so voices from corridor could hear. Location wasnt good ( if travel without car) but transfer from and to the metro worked very good, after calling 5-10 min. They piked you up.

I loved the restaurant in the hotel, 'mirror'. My boyfriend and I ate there every night, and food was always outstanding. Our room was so comfy and staff were very kind and helpful.

The Staff cannot do enough for you. All desk staff speak great English. The Spa is perfect. The breakfast is 5* quality with every variation you could wish for. The spacious bedrooms. Shower is amazingly easy to work and always hot water from switch on. I can't fault this hotel. Others who complain about hotel being far from city center Hotel free Shuttle bus then train from Certosa Station to City Center is 45 minutes maximum. There is even an sos phone inside the En-suite bathroom. Also a red sos pull-cord inside actual glass shower cabinet.

Everything was perfect!!! Nice hotel, good breakfast, amazing SPA.

Too far from city center, but there was free shuttle bus which anytime can take you to the nearest two train stations.

The stylings are excellent. Although the hotel is situated on the outskirts of the town in an industrial estate, the hotel shuttle service that pics you up and drops you at the station at your request is execellent.

Location - industrial and the hotel doesnt offer anything. Modern - but no atpsphere Entrance area not clean - the table are not clean - you sit in a lounge full of bread crumbs and food stain. a TV on the same channel all day-completely forgotten Tv channels in rooms only accommodate Italian and Arab countries Restaurant menu boring Coffee - the worst (plastic)

Transfers to Certosa (even if we waited long time for bus!)

Only one 0,5l free bottle of water for 2 person for 5 days. Work of AC.
