Location, close to hop on-off bus,train station, restaurants shops. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room was very comfortable, staff helpful, breakfast was great and proximity to main station was so convenient

Location was ideal its right next to termini station. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a city trip. Breakfast was lovely.

Very close to the train station. The rooms were clean and modern. The roof garden was incredible with great views. A delicious breakfast was served. The staff was very friendly.

Room and decoration , Breakfast , Staff were very good. Hotel is near train station and Metro.

Location close to the Termini station and tourist buses for sightseeing. Loved the rooftop restaurant and bar. Staff excellent very welcoming. room very clean, comfortable and well designed.

Lack of storage space for clothes sound proofing not great so could hear too much from the rooms next door.

Fabulous terrace where you can sit out and have breakfast and admire the view. Great staff who recommended us to go to the Trastevere area for dinner. We enjoyed this trip and the hotel was easy to find and was a great location as we were travelling around by train and bus.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. Perfect location for sightseeing (railway, subway, bus is next to the Hotel).

I thought the hotel was very well situated close to the bus/train station. It was a very modern, clean and comfortable hotel but its design meant the hotel offered very few other facilities other than bedrooms and a breakfast/bar area.

The hotel had no toilet facilities other than in your personal bedroom. Therefore if you were enjoying a drink on the rooftop bar and needed to use the bathroom you had to return to your room. Also there was inadequate storage facilities for smaller items of clothing

The breakfast was slightly limited in terms of choice but what was there was of good quality and of adequate quantity. The breakfast, bar and desk staff where very patient and helpful. The room had a small balcony and the roof top terrace bar at night was magnifcient. I would be happy to stay there again and I would thoroughly recommend it.

The staff was attentive and always eager to help. The room was updated and modern. The breakfast had a great selection of quality products. Walking distance to Termini. I was comfortable walking the neighbourhood after dark

Shower went hot-cold-hot-cold; rain shower was too limited to call it rain; mattress rather hard; room cleaners had a cupboard in the corridor, of which the door (doors in general) made extreme noise; breakfast limited; indeed I agree quite expensive (I paid 350 per night)- you don't expect that sort of trouble then (and I travel a lot, and am a real optimist)

There is no lobby The entrance is too too small The restaurent is not a restaurant it is a nice balcony. In your hotel recommandation you should tell the customer all that.

Location was good for the transport systems, breakfast was good, roof garden had great views over Rome. The room was great and as expected

Large comfortable room in the centre of Rome, complete with balcony. Free wifi. Staff were very helpful. Loved the roof terrace breakfast room.

Rooms are spacious and cozy with very new and clean facilities. Wifi speed is fast. Very good location close to Roma Termini, but very quiet room. You can also enjoy the marvelous view in the rooftop restaurant while enjoying breakfast.

The elevator can be larger.

Cannot understand why no milk is available in room when there is even an espresso machine. Small lift.

I'd like to recommend this hotel for Rome travelers. It's very close to Termini station. Especially, I love the restaurant for breakfast with a nice view.

We couldn't ask for better hotel, staff, location. Everything was great and we realy enjoyed our stay.

We didn't like that on day after the staff cleaned our room the door was left open.

Convenience to train and a very good nearby restaurant on Via Volturno. The breakfast on the rooftop and the view from there were excellent.

The housekeeping was lax - there were ants crawling on our floor, a window was left open when we arrived and the TV and remote needed to be fixed by the desk clerk. All of this was corrected within an hour after our arrival, but it left a poor initial impression.
