Rooms - fantastic Staff - extremely helpful Location - couldn't be better - but very difficult to find! Toiletries - Etro always good!
Wifi - not accessible in all rooms Identification - could do with a decent size sign, but that's only for first arrival
Staff friendliness, Room and Amenities, Location - Location - Location, Breakfast Buffet and Individualized serving and coffee selections plus the terrace with view and sitting area.
Me and my Fionce loved everything about this hotel and could not recommenced this hotel any higher. It is AMAZING. We were treated excellently by the staff and they could not do enough. If you manages to see the roof top Garden at the rear this is the place I chose to get engaged to Kayleigh "my partner". that's how special this hotel is. highly recommended.
Everything. Step out of the door and you are in Ancient Rome with ruins dating 50bc actually inside the hotel. Colliseum around the corner great restaurants all within walking distance. Will definitely return
Excellent location Wonderful staff Beautiful roof terrace
No views from the rooms to speak of
Not that easy to find.
The character of the rooms and the gardens. The location was excellent. Staff here were excellent, very professional and attentative.
The man who checked us out (senior guy with moustache) was extremely rude to my girlfriend which was a real negative as it was the last thoughts we had about the hotel.
Breakfast Terrace, roof garden, location, staff
Room abit small
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, especially Mary and Bien. Fantastic location and rooms, we were upgraded to the garden suites so got to enjoy tranquility in the garden off our rooms. I will definitely return.
Very nice hotel located in a quiet part behind Via Cavour next to Fori Imperiali.Public transport is very nearby. Rooms are spatious and and some actually have a private garden.Staff is very helpful and breakfast is served on an outside terrace with a nice view on Rome. To be recommended to travellers who look for an art hotel type experience.
Excellent Hotel with very nice facilities and good service.
Staff excellent. Position cannot be beaten. excellent breakfast.
Price much higher for some nights.
This place is a jewel in Rome. Very conveniently located, the staff are wonderful. Room is so quiet. The dining place on the fifth floor is so pleasant with a fire place. Rome is so wonderful because the hotel. I am very happy that I stayed here.
As a Hotelier I must say this is by far the best in Rome very friendly staff especially Stefano at FRont Desk - Our room was big and quiet - Must appreciate the efforts of the lady at the breakfast room (sorry to forget your name) as she was very busy and running all around to serve the delicious breakfast on the terrace!
No sign on the street however it gives a sense of more homy place - Love the place
Beautiful rooms, super comfortable beds and great location
They made a pretty terrible cocktail. When pointed out they said 'well I followed what the piece of paper said' and walked away.
This is a hidden gem in the middle of Rome, the location is excellent near to the main attractions. The rooms are very well appointed and clean and the breakfast and breakfast service on the lovely terrace, commanding great views over Rome, is particularly good. We were delighted with our accommodation as it was a haven from the busy city and yet right in the middle at the same time! We had a suite which had a private walled garden and felt like a real oasis. The hotel deceptive from the outside and is a real palace inside whilst retaining original charm.
Some of the rooms are in a separate annex adjacent to the main hotel and we preferred the atmosphere of the main hotel although the rooms in the annex were great and appointed to same standard.
Everything! The staff went out of their way to be helpful in every way!
The noise from other guests doors shutting and sometimes the noise in the room above when guests checked in while we were trying to sleep.
Everything! truly a boutique hotel, quiet street yet close enough to touristic sites. Great breakfast buffet, excellent service, and attention to details. Everything top notch. Highly recommended.
That we had to leave.
The small boutique atmosphere I loved it
The hotel and the location are excellent. The staff is really nice, especially the recepcionist (Julia), the bell-boys and the waiters at breakfast. The hotel is located in walking-distance from most major sites in Rome and it is located on a very quiet street. The rooms are stylish and comfortable and the breakfast, which is served on the rooftop of the hotel, is delicious. In addition our room was upgraded for free on the second night of our stay to a bigger room with a Jacuzzi, which was really nice! We would certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
On the second night of our stay we stayed in a room in the building adjacent to the hotel, but unfortunately the wi-fi connection was very poor in our room and we were not able to connect to the Internet.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet was very nice touch.
Would have preferred a room with a bath and extractor fan in bathroom.
Everything. the service, location, confort, originality. To be in the middle of history.
I spent a week here with my 12-year-old daughter. The hotel was nearly perfect. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was small by American standards but a good size by European standards. The bathroom was clean, modern, and functional. The breakfast on the roof every morning was tasty and plentiful. And the hotel is very well located (a three-minute walk to the Roman Forum, a five-minute walk to the coliseum, and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Spanish steps, the Pantheon, and the Campo di Fiori market.) Monti is a cute neighborhood, with a vibrant street scene at night, but the hotel is on a side block that insulates it from all of the street noise.
The walls between the rooms are a little thin, the rooms could use more electrical outlets, and the sheets and towels could use a refreshing. But all of these are truly minor, and do not detract from a fantastic place to stay.
Loved the location near historic sites, courteous staff, funky room decor
Loved the hotel especially roof top lounge. Location is perfect to explore Rome
