Sea view :)
The wifi doesn't reach our room. We have to go out of the room to get a good wifi signal.
Close to everything.
Just in the juncion of the biggest streets in front of the hospital, very noisy.
Liked the balcony and the breakfast.
Had to call to gain access.
The room was really nice & the balcony was fantastic, we enjoyed kicking back & watching the go go of Sorrento. It was in a great spot to get to everything, we really enjoyed our stay here.
Comfortable, good size, clean room. We were met and assisted with luggage, both on arrival and when leaving. Prompt and helpful reception service. Convenient location.
Electric kettle and cups not in the room but was supplied on request. Croissant and toast provided for breakfast but no butter. Butter was supplied when requested.
The location was good. The room was cleaned beautifully every day. And the guys who we dealt with, Max and Luigi were very nice also, breakfast was fine, delivered to the room every morning on time.
The room that we were allocated was not like any of the rooms on display on the website at the time of booking, the room we were given was called "the Sorrento room," it was clean but not Comfortable, bathroom was good.
Service was excellent and very clean rooms. Location is walking distance to main street where there were various street entertainments (they close the streets to just pedestrians in the evenings), and we enjoyed our evening walks . Good restaurant nearby. We enjoyed our stay.
Although the building from the outside looks like it might be in a warzone the rooms are big and spacious, well laid out and clean
value for money is a big scam. I chose this because of the reviews and i found out that it was a total hole , a room in an apartment, nothing to do with the luxury promised in the description and photos. And the price was very much higher than the value
Staff are friendly and helpful Room is spacious for 2 adults and one 12 year old
Technically its B&B, no facilities Simple breakfast in room, not preference. Building is bit old, cracks shown under the balcony
Extremely helpful staff Great location Good breakfast served in room
Wifi connection could be better
We requested a quiet room and so got a room off the main road with a balcony which was lovely. Breakfast brought to our room evey morning which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Room big and clean.
Generally I really liked the night, however the walls are quite thin so could hear some noise from some inconsiderate guests next door at 2am (no fault of the b&b though).
Breakfast delivered to room Jacuzzi bath Balcony Very clean Spacious Good location
The location was near to the center with 5 minutes walking distance.
It has to be mentioned in the website that it is a flat not a hotel. While booking it, even if we chose for 3 people, the site asked from us to choose additional one bed for extra 15 euro and when we went to the hotel, we realised that it was done by mistake. However, they didn't give our money back.
Nice and clean room, good position and very friendly staff, taking care of us helping organizing the stay. Recommended.
Luigi was a great host. Lots of good info, very helpful. The rooms were nice and modern. The bathrooms equipped with all the amenities you need. The hotel is located within walking distance of the city center and with easy access to all the bars and restaurants worth visiting. The breakfast, which is included, is rather minimal but enough to get your morning going (coffee and some pastry as well as orange juice). The restaurant serving the breakfast is located within a 5-8 min walk from the hotel in the center of town (TIP: At night, the restaurant becomes a pretty happening and fun place to hangout on Fri/Sat. Dancing, fun people, etc). In all, whenever I find myself visiting Sorrento again, I will stay at The Night.
The location is very good, you cross the street and you are in the centre. It was clean and modern.
There was nobody when we arrived and there is never someone. We waited for like an hour on the street. eventually a neighbour let us enter the building to at least sit in the stairs or be in the shadow ( with our bags and everything of course) and then we had to ask the neighbours on the street to please use their phone to call so somebody would come and open. (We didn't have a phone) Meanwhile we lost the chance to go on the excursion we planned. When the man arrived, He said he was in the hospital because a guest had fever... But true is there was never someone in the reception and you are supposed to be willing to make international phone calls to be received or anytime you need to contact someone (yes you can contact them on email once you get the password... But that's only after you called them, check in, and get the password...).
Good services, clean, large room
Very noisy till late in the night, location in a busy street, poor breakfast in an other location
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is served in a cafe close to the hotel. It is not buffett and consists only of: 1 coffee, 1 glass of juice, 1 piece of pastry. Good location, next to the main street. Private parking is provided at an additional price.
Reception is empty for most of the day. For checking in, you must read the telephone number on the main door and phone them. A staff member will appear within the next 5-10mins, but this is inconvenient anyway. (there is no problem afterwards, since you are provided with your own key)
It was in a perfect location, close to everything. It was very clean and everything seemed to be new. Cleaning service was provided daily. The room was quiet. Checkin and checkout was very easy and we were given a map with instructions on how to get to the most important locations in Sorrento. There was airconditioning, although the rooms didn't heat up too much, it was still useful. There is free wifi, and also a tablet (which unfortunately didn't work)
The room was quite small and there was no balcony, so it's not suitable for people who want to spend time inside the apartment, or do anything else apart from sleeping (like there is no place to eat for example) We didn't spend much time so it was OK. The room was also quite dark, you had to switch on the lights even in broad daylight. The fridge is also quite small so you can only store a few drinks in it.
Perfect location, easy check-in, nice comfortable room
Although we realise the accommodation is on a busy road we were disappointed that the windows weren't more soundproof! We stayed for 4 nights and didn't sleep very well as it was very noisy of a nighttime! It would be nice if the owners installed double or even triple glazed windows to the rooms!
The location The room Gated parking behind the building
A lot of noice from traffic.
It is a nice little hotel in a really good location! And you get free breakfast at a cafe which is nice. Really enjoyed my stay, super clean hotel with good bathrooms.
The tablet was broken which was kind of annoying.
Modern comfortable rooms in a good location. Great WiFi
Front desk not named. Need to ring before arival
