Great rooms,ver helpful staff,ver convenient location just outside taxi rank and near metro.you can walk into town also in about 30 mins.lively but not noisy area with plenty of eateries

Such lovely hosts. The ladies in charge of this hotel/bed and breakfast had a great room, immaculately decorated (if not a little over the top), satellite TV, delicious breakfast, and great tips on what to see and do. I would highly recommend this spot to Milan travelers, even if it is a slight walk to the center of town.

The difference in the décor - the fact that the owner shares his collection with clients. The location. The Nespresso machine - however there is a dislike attached to this ...

That, although we were not charged for the coffee, there is the intimation that there is a cost attached - also, there was only one coffee pellet in the room and no milk

This boutique hotel was amazing. Stefania and her colleague were wonderful. They were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the pictures cannot begin to do justice to the decor and coolness of this hotel.

Really nice hotel, warm and homey atmosphere, walking distance to bars, restauranst and schops. The big shopping streets are 30 min walking distance away. We wil for sure book again if we go to Milaan.

The room was large and even had a balcony. All furniture and fixtures were top notch and the beds comfortable. The location is good if you want to enjoy the canal district with all its restaurants; although this is much better in good weather.

Our room was near the reception and guest lounge area, so the internal noise was very disturbing. The first night it went on well past midnight and the manager's promises to keep it down the next night were false -- in fact it was the hotel staff speaking at Italian volume after 10:00 pm that was most bothersome. Couple that with breakfast being prepared at the strange communcal breakfast table a mere four meters from the room and you can imagine how relaxing our stay was. Paying eu 300 for this is way out of line.

Excellent decor, wonderful taste, beautiful details. The room is so comfortable, staffs are kind and friendly. This is my best hotel experience....feels so warm, hope can stay longer. Later I just can't get this place off my head. certainly, i'll come back! They have a lovely dog name Pinocchio is very sweet, i miss her a lot.

Loved how cozy and friendly the place feels like. The Suite was amazing and the entire place is decorated with a lot of taste. Loved the fact it doesn't feel like a hotel at all but more like coming back to an amazing home.

The cleaning ladies were always well... cleaning, so it was a bit odd to bump into them or to hear them vacuuming the place whenever in the common areas of the Yard. A more discrete cleaning service would improve the experience.

Very comfy boutique hotel. Very thoughtful decorations. Location nearby are full of bars and restaurants. Very lively night life.

The staff was great, athmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Tastefully designed rooms with indivual style and character. Probably the most unique hotel I've stayed in. It would definitely be my first choice in Milan! May Linn
