Hotel style - furniture and love for details - just have a look on the photos of the hotel!
Everything was fantastic but I felt the included breakfast was not enough. Very small muesli bowl with yoghurt and breads.. It would be nice to have some proper protein e.g. eggs, clean meats. Not too much to ask for this type of establishment
Design of the hotel and the staff were amazing!!
The staff are super friendly
It's a great venue in a great location. The canals are nearby (with lots of bars and restaurants) while the Duomo and other attractions are about 15 minutes walk (longer if you window shop!) Staff couldn't be more helpful.
Limited choice at breakfast, no gyn
Atmosphere and style
Nothing worth mentioning.
Décor is eclectic, warm, comfortable all chosen by the owner on different themes. You can just wander around and discover stuff. Great collection of old model boats. Such fun!
Breakast is ok, but nothing special, but it's italy and Italians don't do breakfast. Bar can be a little pricey but service is good. Locks on hotel room doors should be updated.
Wonderful staff and service, friendly welcome. Parking on-site Ambience Unique, interesting styling. Room are spacious and clean. Excellent Wifi
- Bar was very pricey - A little bit off the main Milan attractions
- Very pleasant hotel close to the Navigli district built around an inner yard - Creative and ecclectic design - Helpful and friendly staff - Good breakfast - Excellent cocktail bar
- brekfast was very poor - degraded from my last visit to that hotel - price was almost 2 times more expensive than on the same time last year! - Guests feel like they are not welcome, more like they are there only as a necessarycompromise
- Location - Interior design
Infraestructure in room service and bar for the guests during night events and later at night.
Trendy, fashionable, cozy.....
However, the service is terrible. It takes them a lot of time to prepare simple tea and juice (took them like 30 mins), and we were made to pay for a room we were not given.
The environment of the hotel was great, a lot of attention was paid to detail when equipping the hotel. It's a gem that only few know (even some taxi drivers do not know it).
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.
OMG - Everything. A great welcome and then the hotel - wow - you could spend days exploring the lobby / bar / open areas. It is truly fantastic. Staff were very friendly and the location was a little out of the way (especially with the major building works outside making traffic etc a nightmare) but overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely return given the chance.
Poor wifi connection in hotel room
The room is comfort and the staff is friendly.
The character of the place, and their approach to things is so fresh and unique.... A really great find if you're looking for something 'different', yet still warm and comfortable.
The location is not convenient. It takes at least 20 min. to walk to Duomo and La Scala. The subway stations are far and we ended up walking a lot and sometimes taking a taxi. The breakfast is very basic compared to the hotels we stayed in other places.
It is a small boutique hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large and comfortable.
A bit dark inside.
Great location. Nice setting - family style. Beautiful and unique decor. Good service. Great breakfast.
Staff generally very friendly & helpful but sometimes slow to serve & a little forgetful Breakfast was of good quality but very little choice
Good spacious rooms Comfortable beds Interesting decor throughout hotel Good bar Nice hotel dog!
It's a long way from the centre but near the cannel apart from that not lot near with out walking 15mims, the streets are busy but wouldn't want to walk to far off the main drag in a couple this hotel would suit an older couple which are prepared to walk a lot, breakfast ok not a lot for men wanting something more substantial overall I thought this hotel was expensive for what you got
The rooms are interesting all with different sport themes and the lobby area is amazing like being in a front room, very cosy
-tastefully decorated with a great attention to detail -kindness of staff -great breakfast basket
There is nothing to not like about this place.
Breakfast was superb, a charming little picnic basket filled with toast and pastries. Coffee was great too. The cocktail bar is ace, and the staff behind it look like they got lost on their way to Dalston. So very hipster. We loved our room, it felt like a beachside cottage complete with a bookcase filled with paperbacks!
Breakfast was a bit disorganised - we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated
Quirky style of hotel decor Spacious, comfortable rooms Friendly staff Great location for Navigli bars and restaurants Well-behaved little hotel dog!
Our suite was way too dark, one of the curtains was broken letting a lot of light in from an external lamp, and wasn't fixed as promised
Great bar, amazing design
Everything was perfect except for the location I would have liked to stay closer to the centre of Milan
Efficiency and kindness Everyone goes out of the way to make one's holiday stay very special
