The apartment is centrally located just off Piazza San Giorgio. This location we thought was just perfect and a short walk to the lake, restaurants and shops. Bear in mind that being close to Piazza San Giorgio there will be noise from nearby restaurants at night especially during the warmer months. This didn't bother us at all, in fact we loved it, and on one of the nights during our stay we sat on the balcony with a glass of wine listening to a band playing in the Piazza. The Sweet Square Flat is clean, spacious and so well appointed. We were there during the summer and the air-conditioning was a godsend. Overall, I highly recommend The Sweet Square Flat and would definitely stay there again if visiting Varenna.

The Sweet Square flat is located on Como Lake, directly on the San Giorgio’s square in Varenna. The location is very strategic in this beautiful and romantic town, because is just a few steps from the lake, the characteristic beach of "Molo di sotto", the famous and picturesque "Riva Grande", the romantic “lake promenade” and also very nearby to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, bars and cafes. This flat has been completely renovated on 2015, with high quality materials and refined furnishings. The main colors are white, grey and beige to give guests an atmosphere of relax and cuddles. The flat is on the second (and last) floor in an house of few units. It consists of entrance, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft and 2 balconies with view on the main square and the church.
