Score from 198 reviews Very good
Nicely furnished and decorated, nice garden for breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.
Mosqitoes, a bit smelly at times in the cellar room.
Location, size of space, patio was lovely
Smell of vinegar, the fact that the property Was in the basement
Good services, not far from metro, delicious breakfast sent to room, beautiful yard.
Half underground which feels wet. Lots of Mosquitos.
Anthony and his kindness and willingness to serve
The place was humid and dirty. The location is far from the main attractions. The garden cannot be used in the current conditions. When you turn on the kitchen the metal top of table transmits electricity. Too expensive for what it offers.
Everything was perfect! The suite was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
everything! we were 5 and were able to accommodate and were very comfortable. the staff and owner are great! very helpful and friendly, they recommended to us to buy the roma pass and gave us all the information, and also recommend some restaurants, and trams number to take to Vatican or trastevere, they cleaned the room every day, we actually asked them not to since we did not need it to have clean every day, breakfast was delicious, too much bread though, they could provide some fruit instead, but we never asked for that, the coffee was delicious!!! equipped kitchen with everything you need, you can also take drinks in the garden they provide, you can basically make use of the entire place as it was your house.
I think they should direct you to the real front desk which is a few meters to the flat, in that way you do not have to call them and spend money on your phone to when you arrive the first time. that is the only thing I did not like, besides that, everything was great!
Kind, nice and helpful service. Not far from the subway. Fully equipped, nicely decorated and comfortable apartament. Basicly everything that you would need is provided. Everyday cleaning, tasty breakfasts delivered straight to the room i mówią po polsku ;)
Apartament that we were in was located in the basement which has prons and cons. It's wet, smelly and dark. Probably in the summer would be nicer to stay. When staying short period of time and spending more time outside it hasn't got any significant importance, but if you travel for longer than a week then it would be better to book another apartment in the building. Overall we're happy from the stay and come another time for sure when travelling to Rome.
Loved this apartment! Well equipped and spacious with a nice deck. Close to the metro.
The breakfast was lame.
locality of accomodation
the equipment of apartments is not new, many things were broken, many mosquitos, cleaning was not quit right
The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Kept us well informed of all the nearby places such as good restaurants, a market and the all important local supermarket. We had the bottom floor accommodation with one double bed and a sofa bed (which works as a double bed), a kitchen with cooking utensils and a nice toilet. We were served really good breakfast. Overall, it was very comfortable with free wifi and it made our trip in Rome the most enjoyable.
The shower alternated between too cold and too hot, making it difficult to achieve a nice warm shower. Also, it is a relative distance from the touristic centre so there was a lot of time used and travel expenses to get there (but it would be an excellent choice for escaping the crowd).
