The Best Hotel  

Very romantic window view, smooth nights, fresh air, cool reception man - Daniel, good breakfest, near the Corso Buenos Aires

The young asian receptionist was super kind and he gave me a lot of information about restaurants around the hotel and even called them for me to check if they were still open. The location is fairly close to the station in a quiet area. The hotel room itself was clean. The breakfast was simple but good for the price.

The young white receptionist was very rude and he threw me back my passport. He wasn't helpful at all.

good location, close to the Centrale Station

Nice hotel. Very clean and friendly. Good location for budget trip. Shops near by. Close for metro and railway station. Ideal to travel round the country.

1. we could not permitted to check in until 18:00 because the hotel lost the key. 2.the water did not go through when we took shower,3.we was arranged a room just beside the reception although we requested for a quite room,we was bothered the whole night until 04:00am, guest and reception bla bla all the night, laughted, speak in high voice and even in the 05:00 am, some people laugh in the corridor, it was a terrible night,never came back.

Within walking distance from the train and bus station. Small, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Hot shower.

Locations - close to Metro stop and train terminal. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing, really

I liked that it was near the Central Station and a metro. I liked the neighbourhood esp. The market on saturday and tuesday and the many small cosy shops. The area was quite calm at night.

We didn't know that we had to pay a tax of 4 euros per day, we should have been informed about that.

it did not live up to it's name. It felt tired and run down. I felt it was expensive for what it was, the room was not very clean, no curtains on the windows, the extra blankets in the wardrobe were old,tattered and unclean, it was not a comfortable stay.

the room very small and narrow. could hear all the noises outside. its good for one or two nights only, for people who came just to have a place to sleep. bathroom (shower and toilet) very old looking.

The matress and the pillows were sooooo uncomfortable!!!! This is surely a 2star hotel.

friendly staff, but not all, good location, good interior, nice garden, every day cleaning and change towels.

very small rooms, some rooms are too bad (for example № 101), I never see poor breakfast like this hotel, poor exterior, without internet, price utrue conditions. I never recomend it to my friends.

Lowcost Location

Close to central bus/railway station.

Internet 2,5eur per half an hour.... If it cannot be for free, they should set a price per one night from check in to check out.

Great value for money, good location. Perfect for those who are not planning to spend much time at the hotel.

small rooms (we had a triple, I can't comment on double rooms)

Employee is kind. They have many service(bus booking, football game booking etc).

Have a distance from station.(not too much) but that can't be improved.... Their room is cold. and heater is so noisy.

The location is good, all was correct for a 2* hotel, clean and with no real issues.

Only sugar based food for breakfast even the Yogart was full of surar free with nothing healthy not even brown bread, as a diabetic it left only Black Coffee.

The location is really good - the hotel is not far from the main train station; the staff is friendly and eager to help; the room is cosy enough and really warm, which is very important while staying in winter. ...And for breakfast you can get great variety of tasty Italian coffee!

The shower in our room was somehow tricky, though could be a nice option for those in favour of procedures of therapeutic contrast shower...
