The staff were efficient and courteous. I was given a double room (at single rate) when I returned to the hotel for a second time. I appreciated this. Breakfast could be varied a bit. Fruit or an egg could be offered at times. |

Located near to the central railway station and quite close to shopping area/city center. Nice, friendly attitude. Poor breakfast that consist of almost pre-packed food only. Although this is budget hotel (2 stars category), breakfast during our trip when staying in two B&B's in other cities was better. A room with partially mildewed wall and poor condition bathroom was provided after check-in. The room was changed to a room in normal condition immediately after our request in a nice, friendly manner. Nevertheless, it is weird that hotel staff offers to stay in to-be renovated room rather than offers normal room of the same size and category straight away. |

The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Cappuccino, Croissant, bread, jams, etc. On the first night, we stayed in a double room on the second floor, which could have done with a bit of renovation, in terms of floors, bathroom, etc. On the second night they moved me into a single room, which, on the other hand, had been refurbished and was really pretty. So,some rooms are ok, some others not! |

The Hotel is situated close to the main station, the dome is just 5 to 10 minutes away by metro (short walk to Lima station). Our room was ok and breakfast is Italian standard. The staff speaks English and is present 24 hrs.(!) - so you can come back late and still buy cooled drinks. |

The best hotel was conveniently located near the train station and metro stops. It was very economical for Milan. Also it as interesting that on Saturday morning there is a market that sets up in the street in front of the hotel. The air conditioning did not come anywhere near to keeping up with the July temperatures, and the bathroom was barely large enough to turn around in. |

there is a nice garden on the bottom floor i didn't like anything about this hotel. breakfast was a piece biscuit toast the room was very run down and there was no bar facilities. it is miles from the centre |

The staff were friendly. It was handy for the train station when we arrived late at night. It was very basic,it should be rated as a hostel not an hotel. There were holes in the bed sheets and towels. No bar or food facilites. |
