Value for money and Breakfast
Very close to metro, central station, very friendly helpful staff.
Nice staff. Clean, simple rooms and conveinient location.
Fine to check in at 11pm, English speakers at the desk, great breakfast, market stalls outside the next morning, mall but clean and cosy room.
room wasn't sound proof, and being right beside the front desk, we heard everyone coming and going. But we managed.
Close to both Central Station and the subway; clean rooms; great water pressure; beautiful décor; simple yet filling breakfast. :)
Very friendly and helpful staff. Wi-fi working good.
very poor breakfast :( nothing to eat for a guy ,Very small rooms and bathrooms, some strange contacts in the walls, the normal plug from the dryer and chargers proved to be big!? but this gentleman at the desk offered to sale on the 5 euro adapter!
The staff was not very helpful. We travel with a one-year baby. When we arrived the receptionist pretended to charge us something for the baby (but the booking conditions said clearly that the baby was free). Finally he agreed that we were right but it was not a pleasant welcome. At night we had problems with the heater and another receptionist made nothing to solve our problem. The breakfast was very very poor. We had to wait a lot to be served and finally the waitress gave us the glasses of another table where another clients had eaten before (the glasses seemed clean but it was strange).
Close to the central station
Good location - close to metro station and main railway station.
room was dirty, shower was tiny and water backed up around your feet, toilet smelled like old urine
Too noisy. There was a party in the basement in the evening. The room was hardly sound proved.. I woked up by some screaming young people at 4am. They kept shouting for a long time... a terrible night
The staff are nice
One man show.. Ultra tiny rooms, only enough place to hit the bed, if 2 people share the room there isn't any place to walk. No ironing facilities within the hotel, 4 euros to iron each piece of your clothing and you give it in the morning and receive in the evening :-( There are better hotels around the same area for this price..
Location. Walking distance from central station
Old building and not so good bathroom. There is a street market just in front of the hotel and it was very noisy.
It was close to Milano Centrale. Free wi-fi. We left the hotel early in the morning - 5 o'clock and they gave us coffee and water as a compensation of the dinner.
friendly staff,good breakfast,clean and comfortable,room with balcony
Convenient location, clean room, beautiful garden, friendly staff.
too sweet & unhealthy breakfast food, no fruits, vegetables, salami, wholemeat bread etc.
location, garden, friendly & helpful staff, good coffee 4 the breakfast
Staff was not accommodating upon check in, the staff upon check out was a bit nicer
a) The room was very small and smells very bad b) the bathroom was too small hardly fit even one person and the water to the shower one time was too cold and then too hot. After a full day we can't enjoyed our shower.
Near train station.
Very good location.Close to metro station and main train station.Very helpful staff. Good wi-fi connection. Nice window view.
The service was terrible. The receptionist, an older gentalman, started yelling at me because I didnt include my infant in the number of people. I told him that he is only a few months old and took up little space. He screamed at me and make me fork up 48 more euros and charged him as an adult. I did have another friend with me to help out with the luggage. She wasn't staying with me, she had her own place. The receptionist didn't bother to ask and completely flipped out when he saw her helping me with the bags. He yelled at me again. I was so afraid I was trembling. Please do not come to this hotel. They are not child friendly. The room itself wasn't that great. It was kind of dirty if you ask me. They didn't have enough toilet paper and the wifi didn't work for the majority of the time. The wifi only worked a couple hours out of the day. I would never go back to this hotel.
I didn't like anything about this hotel. Calling it the "best hotel" is a joke.
Wifi didnt work well in our room.
Front desk Christian was super helpful. Great service!
Receptionist Men was helpfull
Too cold in the rooms, they did not have warm cotton blanket, brought me some synthetic not very clean one:(, the bed is tooooooo narrow
Nice staff, good location, cheap
very small room, harmony folded door to the bathroom
relatively close to the central railway station and metro lines
