The location, the reception, the green yard eco-style, the bedroom, the view on the garden
The breakfast didn't match the type of hotel. The breakfast should be much better. Our breakfast was included in the rate per night, but it was really poor; so we went out for the breakfast.
Size of room, especially the bathroom.
I payed a double room as a room four 4 persons. No free internet.
Close to Milao Centrale for catching bus to airport.
Very small bathrooms. Aircon was old and did not use. No iron No real service for the price.
Market right across the street
Nice stay for a couple of nights !
Breakfast is poor than i expected.
10 minute walk from Central train station; 10 minute walk from Metro station; Close to city centre; very friendly staff; Excellent cleanliness - every day the room was cleaned and bed was made; Free and accurate city map available!
No free Wi-Fi; Bathroom/toilet was separated from the room with very thin door; Breakfast was only sweet - jams, bred, muffins; There was a market on the street on Saturday, which was built from 2 am and the noise was too much. The smell of rotten fruit and vegetables lasted until late Sunday.
Wonderful location- very close to central station and wonderful inside garden.
Perfect location and receptionists were very helpfull
No hair dryer and our room was not ready 1 hour after check in time
staffs were very friendly. Thx for preparing the breakfast for me since I needed to leave early the second morning.
noisy with windows open but too hot with windows closed in summer.
* Comfortable location (close to rail station) * Clean * Friendly stuff
* Very small rooms * Wi-Fi: 2.5 euro for 30min. * No illumination at back yard (garden)
Very close to the central train station + metro as well hence easy to visit the city.
Little bit poor breakfast
excellent staff, very helpful good location and lovely outdoor space
beds were very uncomfortable..rooms very dated
Lack of fly screen. Lack of softer pillows.
5 mins from Milano Centrale train station. 40 min walk to Duomo or 2 mins to metro with a 10 min train ride
Nice but small room, clean and also the bathroom. Staff was very nice.
No fridge in the room and also there was lot of noise both late in the evening and also very early in the morning. Do not know what it was but something inside since my room was not facing the traffic.
We stayed in a room packed with beds in the ground floor. Feeling so crowded. The attitude of the staff are also little arrogant. They rarely greet you with a smile.
Bathroom kind of small and especially bad smell and about staff at reception first person whom I met it was a lady she was nice but second was a man he was not friendly seem like that day he doesn't want to work but maybe his wife push him to work that is why like that.
the man in reception
First of all, the owner of this hotel "greeted" us with shouts and told us to come back after 2 hours to check-in despite our arrival at 1PM- 1 hour after the time for check-in. We were surprised by his rude behavior. Although we had stated that we would prefer a silent room, the room we got was on the ground floor, facing the street. Also, one of the shutter for the windows was missing,so we could not sleep at all! This hotel was a great disappointment for us.
We got a room next to the reception. The walls were very thin and we could hear all conversations in the lobby into our room. Also, the night watch had the TV on very loud so it was difficult to sleep. The staff could be more polite.
Location was very good to reach the Central station.
The staff members were not that helpful. I was supposed to checkout at 5:30 in the morning and when i asked for a breakfast(paid for the room), the hotel staff was not ready to even serve a cup of coffee and few croissants. The guy on the previous evening told me "if the reception person in the morning has good mood he might serve you a coffee"? does your hotel customer service depends on your hotel staff??? get the best people to work for if you need the tag "The best"
