Kind attention from reception. Room comfortable and well presented. High quality linen and towels. Good air conditioning. We didn't notice any substandard service or in the facilities. |

Due to the location we felt extremely safe! I didn't like the hotel at all!It had old furniture,our shampoo and body foams weren't changed!The bed was very hard.Breakfast was poor ,we had to ask for honey ,the breakfast was two days old!There wasn't a metro station we had to take a taxi! |

The decor, the comfort and facilities. The food was excellent and good value for money. Most of all the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Thankyou to all the staff! |

Ambiente confortevole ed ubicazione in zona tranquilla; personale cordiale, attento alle esigene del cliente e disponibile. Assenza del parcheggio gratuito, praticamente obbligo di utilizzo di quello a pagamento con prezzo, rispetto al soggiorno, eccessivo. |

お部屋も清潔に保たれ、セントラムまでもシャトルバスが運行されており、便利でした。 朝出せば、19時までに引き取り可能ということだったので、パジャマのクリーニングをお願いしたのですが、- フロントの方の認識が違い、翌朝9時の出来上がりでした。1着しかないパジャマだったので、残念でした。フ- ロントの方の言い訳が適当なものであり、聞き苦しかった。またクリーニングの料金もパジャマ扱いにしてもら- えず、上下別々の高い値段へ変更されてしまった。次回は他のホテルに滞在したいと思いました。 |

市街地から離れている(観光地図に掲載されてなくダビンチ空港からの40EURO均一料金エリア外)為、シ- ャトルバスでスペイン広場近辺まで送迎があるが、7席のバンなので予約が必須なので、必ず予約が必要なのと- 朝と夕方はすぐ一杯で乗れないのでTAXIを呼ぶことになりコスト(約10EURO)がかかることになる。- 帰りは22時で終バスなので、夜遅いヨーロッパの時間帯(夕食時間が8時～10時がピーク)に対応してない- 。 ホテル規模の割にはスタッフが少ないため、対応が遅くて悪い。海外ではよくある事だが予約した部屋と違う条- 件の部屋に案内された為、マネージャが会議中の為5分待って欲しいと言われるが結局30以上待たされ到着か- ら希望の部屋に入るまで1時間以上かかった。MILANO,VENEZIA,FIRENZE,NAPOLIと宿泊したが全て市街地で非常に便利かつ、部屋は快適、清潔、スタッフの対応は英語対応でキビ- キビしてスピーディで明快だったが、ここは英語を今ひとつ理解していない感じです。 |

l'insonorizzazione della camera, la tranquillità dell'hotel, la sua posizione a me congeniale, la sua colazione che è stata migliorata, il servizio Garage. La gestione del riscaldalmento che viene monitorata dalla reception,agli orari a loro consoni e alle temperature minime da loro gestite ma non sufficenti per riscaldare la camera. Soluzione antipatica e non in linea con la struttura alberghiera. Più volte segnalato al ricevimento.!! |
