Great location at Via Condotti. I had an amazing upgrade to a much better room, due to Franco's (reception manager) responsible judgement. Satisfying breakfast. Not sure whether it had a free wi-fi service. Do not expect to find a reception lobby or big elevators. They do not exist. The pay-offs are the rooms and a very nice terrace, where the breakfast is served.

Fantastic staff. Having staying at the Inn on our first trip to Rome many years ago we wanted our daughter and her family to have the same great experience. The breakfast and snack buffet on the roof top provide a quiet spot to relax in a busy city. Over the years we've stayed at four very nice hotels in Rome. The Inn is well worth the money and we think the location is the best.. The rooms are smaller than those in luxury chain hotels but the staff and location more than compensate for the size of the room.

The staff was extremely accommodating and so helpful when we arrived after traveling for almost 24 hours - extremely jet-lagged. Everything was explained in detail - paperwork, accommodations, price, etc. We liked it so much that we booked again for the return thru Rome as well as plan to stay there in August when we return. We would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast buffet and afternoon/evening snack was amazing. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the afternoon.

A brilliant location, right in the heart of the Spanish Steps. Amazing rooms with a great Italian flair! Staff are extremely helpful. You can walk everywhere from this hotel and also feel very safe if travelling on your own. Just be sure that if can't get a late check out that you are made aware of the place where you can sit within the hotel and use their facilities.

It was an excellent location. The upper deck dining was good fun. The rooms were good. I did complain about the toilet which did not flush. It was annoying so hopefully you have fixed it. Room 307 Otherwise we will tell our friends in Australia to stay with you as it was a great hotel in the main life of the City.

The rooftop garden was stunning. Loved it there. Charging extra for Internet when you are already paying €270 a night for the room. And I had to give them my passport and sign two papers to get it!

Everyone on the staff was warm, welcoming and helpful at all times. It was quaint & the location can't be beat - excellent! The rooftop garden & 'happy hour' snacks everyday were wonderful. The bed was not very comfortable. It was 2 twins pushed together, which was tolerable, but the mattress was very hard. It would not keep us from coming back though, we really enjoyed our stay!

The best thing about the hotel is it's location right at the foot of the Spanish Steps. It is clean, friendly and convenient. Service is fairly good. It had a old world feel which is lovely and in keeping with Rome as a city. Had a comfortable stay. Given that it is in an old building comes with it's own issues such as staircases to access the room and also the terrace upstairs as the lifts do not service these floors. I was not very impressed with the complimentary buffet nibbles - it was cold and as it was sitting out on the table for the 3 hours, the bread becomes hard etc. I think more attention needs to be paid to those details if it is being offered as an extra.
