Warm welcome. Friendly staff. The floral roof top terrace was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and an evening drink. It would be the major reason that we would return to the hotel. It is a haven for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing in the city. The jacuzzi bath was good. The furniture was tatty (wood veneer peeling off the desk). There was no magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom, body lotion or hair conditioner. We would normally expect this in a luxury hotel and airport security does not allow this in hand luggage. |

Staff were helpful and friendly Hotel layout was very poor.We were given a room in the 2nd building (the View at the Spanish Steps). Each time we wanted to get to our room we had to got to reception in the main building and ask a member of staff to come and open the door in the View building. Very strange set-up and no facilities in the building like bar/cafe/gym/sauna/fitness as you would expect for the rate. . |

The location of the hotel is great. Yes.the entrance.and the room.the room is big,but I was not comfrtble.and the tv had only italien channels.I would notstay there again. |

The location was great right in the centre of things. Plus a beautiful breakfast room and terrace overlooking Via Condotti. |

We booked a doubleroom,but the receptionnist sent us to an appartment outside the hotel.The second day no warm water.The manager proposed an other hotel same category,but it wasn't.Location at station termini!But we payed the same price.Itravelled a lot in my life.Never before such a n experience! |

The location,the staff and the terrace. The walls ar so thin we could hear what was going on next room as if they were right next to us....Bathroom uncomfortably small. |

Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. Service was excellent, from the concierge to the 24 hour butler service in the lounge. On booking, we received an email from the concierge with a list of their favorite restaurants, descriptions and offers to book reservation Lot of stairs |

Location, breakfast on rooftop, beautiful decor, helpful staff linen sheets were not soft, needed more towels, beds were hard, would have liked to have down or softer pillows |

lovely rooftop terrace with excellent breakfast buffet & late afternoon snack buffet including cheese, sandwiches, fruits, pastries---excellent! bed was very hard but when we complained they provided a very comfortable feather top |

It's a great area especially if you are totally loaded and can shop at one of the many high end shops on the street. We walked everywhere from hotel which was great. We also enjoyed the terrace area which they kindly let us use with friend very late one evening.Staff very friendly. The smallness of the room but that is more the problem with Rome than Hotel. |

Everything was great. The service was fantastic, especially having the terrace upstairs where we could come in for a cold drink at any time to warm, friendly staff available to give us some water. Improvement to the reception area could work wonders to improve the first impression and the overall look of the hotel. |

Un hotel charmant, idéalement placé en plein centre de Rome. Un excellent mélange de confort et de décontraction. Chambre très calme. Accueil de grande qualité. Petit-déjeuners excellents sur la terrasse ensoleillée dominant les toits de Rome. On a hâte d'y retourner... Chaffage dans la chambre un peu élevé pour des Parisiens, mais stabilisé suite à intervention immédiate du personnel de l'hotel |
