Housed in a listed historic building, the Inn at the Spanish Steps is set right at the world-famous landmark it was named after, on the prestigious shopping street Via Condotti.

With exclusive stores including Armani, Bulgari, Cartier, Gucci, Hermes, Prada and Valentino as neighbours, the Inn at the Spanish steps enjoys one of the most privileged locations in the city. The immediate surroundings are filled with fine restaurants, old-fashioned trattorias, trendy wine bars and the unforgettable landmarks of the historic centre. An escalator and moving sidewalk system leads directly to Villa Borghese park, the most prominent in Rome.

A stately home in the 19th century, the Inn has been fully renovated and fitted with all conveniences of a modern hotel. Fully air-conditioned, quiet and exclusive, the hotel maintains its period décor – several of its rooms feature fireplaces and frescoed ceilings.

Friendly and efficient staff are always available to arrange limousine services and sightseeing tours. Conveniently, metro station Spagna is located only one block away from the hotel.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Important information

Please note that the Hotel does not accept Visa Electron to guarantee reservations. If a Visa Electron is used, the reservation will not be guaranteed and will be kept on a waiting list. Please note that a room will be assigned at the arrival only upon availability.

For reservations of more than 6 nights the Hotel requires a 30% deposit at the moment of the reservation (50% deposit for reservations of more than 10 nights); the reservation will be confirmed upon deposit receipt.

Please be aware that for reservations of 3 or more rooms, full pre-payment is required and the standard cancellation policy will not apply. The Inn at the Spanish Steps will send the client a booking agreement with the new cancellation policy and pre-payment conditions.

All reservations have to be guaranteed with a credit card held by the guest. If the credit card used to guarantee the reservation is held by a different person the reservation will be not accepted and the Hotel will require a cancellation notification.

It's a great area especially if you are totally loaded and can shop at one of the many high end shops on the street. We walked everywhere from hotel which was great. We also enjoyed the terrace area which they kindly let us use with friend very late one evening.Staff very friendly.

The smallness of the room but that is more the problem with Rome than Hotel.

Everything was great. The service was fantastic, especially having the terrace upstairs where we could come in for a cold drink at any time to warm, friendly staff available to give us some water.

Improvement to the reception area could work wonders to improve the first impression and the overall look of the hotel.
