Tous les enfants plus âgés ou adultes sont facturés 100,00 EUR par nuit et par personne pour l'utilisation des lits d'appoint.
Le nombre maximum de lit d'appoint ou de lit bébé en chambre est égal à 1.
Les lits d'appoint sont uniquement disponibles sur demande et ils doivent être confirmés par l'hôtel.

Un hotel charmant, idéalement placé en plein centre de Rome. Un excellent mélange de confort et de décontraction. Chambre très calme. Accueil de grande qualité. Petit-déjeuners excellents sur la terrasse ensoleillée dominant les toits de Rome. On a hâte d'y retourner... Chaffage dans la chambre un peu élevé pour des Parisiens, mais stabilisé suite à intervention immédiate du personnel de l'hotel |

Qualité d'accueil, amabilité du personnel,emplacement de l'hôtel, décoration, intimité, terrasse. Je voyage toute l'année, dans le monde entier, je le classe dans le top 10 même s'il n'y a pas de piscine ou de spa ni de restaurant... Couvertures trop petites par rapport à la largeur du lit. |

The best part was the lounge at the main facility with it's roof top seating area. The room was incredibly small. They put us in the annex saying that the room would be larger and more comfortable. I don't think any room could have been smaller or more claustrophobic. I think they promise more than they can deliver. I would not go back. |

Tremendous location. Ideal for sightseeing and shopping. Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel annex is a little cut off from the main hotel, but otherwise very comfortable. |

Excellent location on Via dele condotti, close to shopping, restaurants and main attraction in Rome. Breakefast, served on the top terrace, is very good. We have put a note on the reservation form requesting a superior room at the hotel building. Upon arriving, the front desk manager told us that some guests had not left the hotel because their son got sick and we would be “upgraded” to a suite in the Annex building, 300 meters from the hotel. We complained but the manager told us that nothing could be done for that night, and we could move to the hotel the following day. The Annex rooms were 3 star accommodations with no internet connection, bad air conditioning and carpets that are old and mildewed. Next day we were offered a room on the main building but, after having unpacked and staying for just three nights in Rome, decided no to move. Stay away from the Annex! |

Warm welcome. Friendly staff. The floral roof top terrace was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and an evening drink. It would be the major reason that we would return to the hotel. It is a haven for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing in the city. The jacuzzi bath was good. The furniture was tatty (wood veneer peeling off the desk). There was no magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom, body lotion or hair conditioner. We would normally expect this in a luxury hotel and airport security does not allow this in hand luggage. |

Staff were helpful and friendly Hotel layout was very poor.We were given a room in the 2nd building (the View at the Spanish Steps). Each time we wanted to get to our room we had to got to reception in the main building and ask a member of staff to come and open the door in the View building. Very strange set-up and no facilities in the building like bar/cafe/gym/sauna/fitness as you would expect for the rate. . |

We booked a doubleroom,but the receptionnist sent us to an appartment outside the hotel.The second day no warm water.The manager proposed an other hotel same category,but it wasn't.Location at station termini!But we payed the same price.Itravelled a lot in my life.Never before such a n experience! |
