Hotel Aqua  

We did not expect much as we pulled up to this hotel but became very pleased to see that inside was a little gem for the price we paid. The food was excellent ( we eat in the hotel at 19 euro per head which was a three course buffet). The rooms were very modern and clean, and the bed was a welcome after the long drive from france. Excellent pool and a very friendly and helpful staff. The town is a must to stroll in at night as its beautiful and the shops stay open late.

Beware of using the pool as they will add on 19 euros for the pleasure (each).

Very small letter informing that the Swimming Pool access is not included in the price.

The pools were very nice, and the staff was wonderful. The room was clean, and just as it was described on the Booking.com website.

The inability to pay for anything extra (wellness pass for pools, drink at the lounge, etc.) with cash. Everything was automatically added to my credit card, which I did not want to use to pay for those things. There should should be a cash payment option for extras once at the hotel.

Very bad smell in the lift near the spas and even in the room

Just stayed one night at this hotel for a quick stopover. This is why I didn't use the spa facilities. However, the refurbished rooms offer an exceptionally good bed, the room features a nice style seen from 4+ star hotels. Breakfast was really good, the whole hotel features a nice "Aqua" style. Not far from the "city centre" Free parking

Room was clean though the smell of drains from the adjoining bathroom was disgusting. Staff said this was because of the hot weather Pool was lovely

Staff were not very helpful, buffet dinner the food was not good and over cooked. Smell from bathroom Over looking hotel was no longer used and was a ruin this was the view from the bedroom. The treatment rooms for the spa downstairs were dark and forbodding I would not have felt in the least like going for a treatment here. The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy and there had been leaks down throught the ceilings.I Bought the 3 days as a gift for my partner recovering from brain surgery and found it disappointing This hotel had been partially refurbished and this part was nice but did not extend to the rest of it. Staff did not care about clients and ran hotel to ease their work.

Everything was extremely well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I have experienced in Europe. This hotel should be a 5 star given the level of amenities available, facilities, and the professionalism of the staff.

Ristorante

Piscina termale a pagamento a parte rispetto alla camera mentre in genere gli altri l'hanno compressa nel prezzo e sul sito, durante la prenotazione, non era segnalato chiaramente.

Molto rilassante. Camere spaziose. Personale cordiale.

Cucina non di alta qualità; accesso alle piscina a pagamento (+19€)

le giornate di sole, temperatura stupenda, e l'ottimo ristorante a Padova

rispetto allo scorso anno e' piu' caro, ed i servizi sono a pagamento, il vino (mediocre) al ristorante costa quanto 2 cene

Disponibilità del personale e ambiente simpatico .La colazione abbondante ,ma migliorabile la parte del salato . Buona la cena a buffet.Ben arredata la zona piscina.Camere pulite e di gusto

..Il passaggio tra la piscina all'aperto e quella al chiuso grida vendetta...,viti arrugginite e parte in plastica da sostituire al più presto perchè non danno una bella immagine...viti in acciaio inox o alluminio non hanno bisogno di un ...mutuo...RACCOMANDATO.....

Grande attenzione ai bisogni ed alle richieste dei clienti e cordialità di quasi tutto lo staff.

Abbiamo avuto la dimostrazione che una sola persona sbagliata può creare danni enormi nella percezione della clientela. Quando una cameriera non è in pace con se stessa sarebbe meglio non farla entrare in contatto con la clientela.
