one of the best location in venice near to the center has its won point for boat taxi. The staff very helpfull,hotel very clean, and best breakfast with site view on the sea.

1) The hotel was too old and not well maintained. 2) The service at the breakfast was poor with less attention given to the customers. 3) The house keeping was poor ( room was smelly, the shower was not well maintained, the furnitures were rusted and the colors were peeled out, no iron board could provided on demand, no king bed when requested, no coffee/tea maker set) 4) I consider this hotel was the lowest standards of Westin chain I have ever been and not align with 5 stars hotels. 5) the hotel was extremely expensive with no value of money. 6) duty manager, staff were not attentive

Good location, nice interior, everything that you needed in your apartment; very beautiful view from the restaurant (on breakfast and supper); kindly personnel; good selection of food on breakfast-buffet (pastry, yogurt, juices, different smoothies, sausages, salmon, cheese, omelette etc.)

Expensive city remember about city tax

I loved the hotel, very classy. Location was superb, right infront of the Basilica de Santa Maria Della Salute and very near Piazza San Marco.

Staff weren't as friendly but were efficient.

The location is excellent and the views from the restaurant and terrace are amazing. Food is delicious and service is very professional and competent. The hotel decor is a work of art and an aesthetic enjoyment.

The location

It is a hotel that charged a great deal with very little service. No WiFi despite many requests for them to look into this problem. A hotel that is trading on its location and feels very little for customers. I will never go back and I am telling all people that ask me about this hotel; that, it is not worth the money.

Central location, along the Grand Canal, close to the vaporetto stop at San Marco. Good quality on the whole, with rather large bedrooms and bathrooms (according to Venice standards). Restaurant with amazing view (Grand Canal and Salute) and efficient staff.

Efficient staff at the front desk, but not particularly friendly. Very expensive continental breakfast and exorbitant price for the buffet breakfast. Globally, a questionable quality/cost ratio.

Location was good. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

1. Horrendously expensive food. 4 cups of tea delivered to the room cost €34. 2. Welcome drink arrived on the last night. 3. No real amenities, apart from a gym. 4. Lack of outside seating, where you didn't have to buy anything 5. Local regulations prohibit irons or kettles in the room (apparently) so to freshen up packed clothing you had to send to the laundry, €11 to press a shirt! 6. No concise information about area in the room. 7. Poor choice of tv channels, all the English channels were news channels

They made our 40th Anniversary stay very special and extremely memorable indeed, my wife was delighted with how special it was. Its perfect position on the Grand Canal, the quality of the room with balcony and view and the high quality service and food in the restaurant. Excellent.

It was extremely close to the main attractions in Venice. Top quality 5 star hotel , little extras provided as you would expect from this type of hotel. We were both concerned about some comments made by previous visitors regarding staff issues, however these were unfounded in our experience.

As we were first time visitors to Venice we were disappointed that the hotels main entrance was very difficult to find as is hidden behind other builldings. Would have been advantageous for the hotel to inform guests prior to arrival that they should take a private river taxi direct to the hotel rather than use the public river taxi, which despite being cheaper, meant having to carry heavy luggage through the streets of venice.

L'emplacement, à trois minutes de la place St Marc et le volume des chambres qui est appréciable. L'insonorisation n'est pas parfait, mais c'est coutumier dans tous les hôtels.

Le restaurant est hors de prix, le petit déjeuner aussi (31 € par personne). Autre remarque, le concierge parlait un peu français, mais aucune réceptionniste, qui de surcroît, sont limite aimables.

Der Service und die Zurückhaltung des Personals, wenn man allein zurecht kam, keine Aufdringlichkeit, und die sofortige Präsens, wenn man etwas wünschte.

Все!!! Шикарный отель, номера супер, кровать удобная, огромная, персонал- супер.

The location is in the waterfront (that what we expected but wasn't like our expectation) .

The Receptions/Front desk Staffs were unfriendly, arrogant and seemed as unwelcome to the hotel guests, tend not to answer queries if they could do so with stiff face. The window views was very ugly all we can see are just the roofs of other buildings as they are only low storeys hotel. Facilities were limited under the brand name of Westin.
