clean & tidy room. Excellent concierge staff.

Hard to locate on foot. Must take an expensive water taxi to get to the front entrance (proper entrance). Land entrance almost impossible to locate.

This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. Like their directions state, the hotel is just a short walk from the waterbus stop. Best facility we stayed in during our Europe trip. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Venice is expensive!

The location was wonderful!

The attitude of some of the staff was snooty and the check in and check out process took forever. We were getting off a cruise coming in and there were many people arriving at the the same time but leaving I was left standing for 10 minutes while the clerk fiddled on her computer and noone else was around. To be fair it was the same woman. The conciere also had staff that was either extremely helpful or curt and unresponsive to inquires. The staff was either very pleasant or very disdainful.

サンマルコ寺院に近いので、立地は◎。但し、それなりの料金を払わないと眺めは期待できない。

Westinという名前からして、それなりに新しいホテルを期待していたが、Westinが買い上げた古いホテルで清潔面等でちょっとがっかりでした。
