The Westin Europa & Regina  

Our stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. We were given a stunning room with 2 balconies that we had requested and hoped for in advance for my Mums 60th Birthday trip. It was ready on our arrival at 11am even though we weren't due to check in til 3pm. The staff service continued to be outstanding throughout our stay. The food was fabulous with a great variety of choices at breakfast, even including prosecco chilled next to the juices that you could help yourself to! Everything was very clean and the location of this hotel was perfect as it was within an easy 5 minute walk of St Marks Square but was quieter than many of the other hotels in that area. There were gorgeous views over the grand canal from the bar and restaurant terraces. Don't bother packing many toiletries as you are provided with everything from conditioner to perfumed water in your bathroom! The consierge went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and even told us about a complimentary boat provided to Murano where we had our own private tour of a family run glass blowing business! The restaurant staff also helped me surprise my Mum on her birthday by decorating the small table on the jetty with birthday decorations and even some roses. I could not fault anything except the fact we had to come home!

It cost 18 euros for 2 fantas in the bar - but it is Venice so not a suprise!

The location was the only saving grace.

We booked a Grand double room and were given a regular Double room with side facing the canal.room. Every facility in the room was charged for including Internet. I presented my citicard for paying the bill and the cashier returned it saying it was declined. I used the same card at the duty free at dubai twice and there was no problem. I got a message from citi indicating first the card was used and then card was cancelled. I donot understand the reason wht this happened and would like an explanation.

Its not the first time with the westin and regina in venice, the location is very nice and their breakfast is excellent and very clean rooms.

This time I didn't like the hotel as before first we took a grand canal room which was at all not as I expected as what I pay for, and it was in regina which I think is very old if we compare to Europa, it was very very small room yes with canal view but we where in the first floor and the restaurant under us which was very noisy and we didn't have anything complimentary in the first day even a bottle of water which they put in the last day. I was very disappointed.

This hotel is 2-3 stars and rude reception the room was way smaller and uglier than the picture I saw in your website

The design of the hotel

Sadly this Hotel is a shadow of what it used to be.Our room was in a nice position but was very tired.curtains not hanging properly table lamps not working properly,plug in hand basin would not hold water etc.We were paying nearly 400 Euros per night yet they would not provide breakfast giving as a reason the commission they paid you for booking the room.We have stayed here since the 1970,s,but will not stay again.

The spectacular terrace our room had over the Grand Canal. Amazing.

It was nice to stay at the hotel the location was excellent we did not eat at the hote but I think the food is good it was our hony moon I love it

The sttaf where good

ベネチアの滞在は30回を超えますが、初めて宿泊しました。シングルで3部屋、3泊しました。価格も、この- ホテルで一番安い部屋でしたので、ベネチアとしては、申し分なくお得な価格と思いますが、運河に面した部屋- は全体のわずかで、ホテルは４つの異なった建物を渡り廊下でつないであり、ほとんどの部屋が窓のないに等し- い部屋です。 予約表に、眺めのよい部屋と、それ以外の部屋の表記を明確にすべきだと思います。価格の低い部屋に、眺めの- 良い部屋を希望しませんが、あたかも、すべての部屋が大運河に面しているかのような表現は問題だと思います- 。スタッフの対応は、特に女性スタッフは親切とはいいがたい対応だと思いました。普段宿泊しているホテルが- 満室なで REGINA　にしましたが、次回からは宿泊しようと思いません。

Situation idéale dans Venise, accès rapide par le Grand Canal. Prix promotionnels permettant de séjourner dans un hôtel de luxe pour un budget raisonnable. Chambres très spacieuses d'un confort exceptionnel.

Absence de connexion wifi dans les chambres. Connexion wifi dans le hall très couteuse. Absence des grandes chaines tv françaises, seulement France 24 et tv5 Monde aux programmes nationaux très limités.

Eigentlich wollte ich ein Zimmer im Regina haben mit hohen Räumen, hatte aber eine suite im Europa. Hätte ich vielleicht erwähnen müssen bei Buchung. sonst ok
