Wij hadden de mooiste kamer in het hotel met prachtig uitzicht op het Canal Grande. Het maakte ons bezoek nog heerlijker. |

Excellent location, excellent room area, despite lack of "view". 1. Reservation stated "partial view", but there were no view at all, talking about any Venice view (Grande Canale, S Marco Sq, etc), only ceilings of other builbings; 2. Front desk staff unpleasant and cold with costumers; we saw several cases of poor attention (keep on talking while people get waiting); 3. Too many and high charges for the level of services offered (Euro 500 for the room, Euro 50 for the breakfast, Euro 12 for Internet, all daily rates); 4. During stay there was a long fire alarm and nobody show up to explain if it was accidental, training or for real. |

the hotel was excellent with great location and elegance. rooms are spacy and the view was superb well i staied for 3 nights for my honeymoon i expected a better treat with a fruit basket, abottel of chapmane and flowers. none of that was there |

Location, location, location, it is right where you need it to be, just off Piazza San Marco, minutes (15) away from the Rialto bridge, we were always darting in to drop off purchases, grabbing or dropping off an umbrella. Look, its a group of older buildings and for some that may be a problem, but most of the hotels in Venice are in buildings that are older than the entire history of most countries, if you want brand new, this is not the place for you. if you like a stated elegance, beautiful marble and glass and great food, you will love this hotel, so no there was nothing I didn't like about my stay or the hotel. |

livello camera, prima colazione in camera all'altezza, servizio bar e ristorante al check in la camera non era pronta. Arrivati alle ore 12.00, quindi in anticipo sui termini contrattuali, abbiamo lasciato il bagaglio e siamo andati a pranzo. Alle 15.00, ora di arrivo come da contratto, siamo tornati e, nonostante l'evidenza del nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto attendere sino alle 16.20 per poter accedere alla camera dopo aver sollecitato ripetutamente tre diversi addetti alla reception. |

Das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Canale Grande ist zu jeder Tageszeit einfach herrlich. Viel zu wenig Möglichkeit, Kleider aufzuhängen und Koffer abzustellen, es war noch nicht mal ein Vergrößerungs-Schminkspiegel im Bad. |

Вид из номера великолепный (номер с 2 балконами, видом на поворот канала и Салюте). Завтраки великолепные по содержанию и по место расположения ресторана. На картинке показывали один номер, который мы забронировали. А заехали в другой. Тот, что на картинке оказался занят... Но мы оказались не в накладе. |

O processamento da reserva dos tres apartamentos foi eficiente. A nossa frustração se deu em função do acidente sofrido por um dos casais, que apesar da comprovação da força maior mais de duas semanas antes da data da reserva, não procdeu a devolução das diarias pagas antecipadamente e isto na alta temporada quand o Hotel estava totalmante lotada. |

solo el silenciao que hay en la habitacion. ni por asomo es un 5 estrellas, hotel antiguo y deteriorado, personal sin idiomas, malas formas en recepcion, en fin lo unico bueno, el silencio en la estancia. |
