We were upgraded to a suite just because we had mentioned in our booking that it was our wedding anniversary and were offered a bottle of champagne and strawberries upon our arrival.. For such a luxury hotel,I thought the breakfast buffet was not at par.The cleaning crew were often late and forgot to provide soaps and other cometics like gels and shampoos and shower caps. |

The drain in the shower was obviously stopped b/c the water built up and spilled out into the floor every time we took showers. |

I really loved the bathroom. The size, the quality of material, there was marble all over the floor and the walls. The room was also allways very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs some renovation, even though I like the renaissance style and by no means should this be altered. However, it's a pity that the heating did not work properly at a Westin hotel. |

The location was good right next to the hard rock cafe and large city park - walking around the city was doable but the distances were still considerable. The room was at 13 celsius and freezing all the time - we were told that heaters were not available in April - ridiculous - we were in a grand deluxe double room but it was unacceptably cold. The service was ok but the hotel fell below expectations for the extreme cost of food and stay. |

Site seeing, exploring narrow streets around Via Condotti, some shopping and enjoying Italian food. I got 2 deluxe double rooms with a special offer none refundable and I was shocked to find out that the rooms were too small and has no view or balcony (not mentioned in the room description). Also, during my stay, there was a conference taking place and the entrance to the spa was full of security personnel and I had to go up and down many times with my children, because nobody told us that we can go in despite the security, finally, I got a help by the bell boy. Bath rooms were old and narrow. Room service and restaurant are very expensive. In conclution, I like the location of the hotel and the staff, but everything else was not encouraging. |

Вобщем мило. В самом начале пытались запихнуть меня с детьми в маленькую красного!!! цвета комнату, называя ее грандделюкс. Пришлось отвоевывать место под солнцем, после чего мы попали именно в грандделюкс, который был в 2 раза больше предыдущего. |

Il personale è gentile ma non abbiamo riscontrato la classe nei servizi che dovrebbe essere la norma per un 5 stelle. Per esempio una mattina abbiamo chiesto di riservarci un tavolo in un ristorante per la sera. Tornando nel pomeriggio avremmo dovuto trovare un messaggio in camera. Invece nulla e abbiamo dovuto richiedere al concierge il quale ci ha detto: Ah si trovo qui una annotazione. Il ristorante è chiuso. Anche il veglione di capodanno non ci ha soddisfatti. Ci aspettavamo una vera festa con pista da ballo ecc. Invece cena mediocre e una cantante che neppure si sentiva. |

Un comentarioo que no desmejora la excelentes condiciones del hotel. A nuestra llegada el hotel desconociò la reserva con pre pago que habìamos realizado alegando que ellos no realizaban tramites de habitaciones prepagadas. El incidente se resolviò consignando mi tarjeta VISA para hacer los cargos, el hotel aceptò respetar la tarifa (aun cuando agregò los impuestos). Quisiera saber si la falla fue mìa al hacer la resrvaciòn, o del hotel al recibir la notificaciòn o de Booking.com; me gustaria la aclaratoria para no tener incertidumbre en futuras resrvaciones y su efectiva aplicaciòn. Le anoto que en este viaje usamos tres hoteles: Danieli en Venecia, Westin en Florencia, y Westin en Roma; en los dos primeros no hubo problemas. Gracias. |

Vi havde 2 rum og det var fint for vort barn. Kan godt lide gammelt hotel. At hotellet har vor reservation naar vi kommer. Det var ikke tilfaeldet. Meget kluder og daarligt rum som start. Bad feeling. Ikke posetiv reaktion fra personale selv om vi havde den danske reservation med. |
