Good location, quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable and modern furniture!
Very nice owner, warm and complete reception and advices.
Battle with a stink bug :p
I liked the location, close to the train station and the sightseeings, the variety of breakfast, the lady who gave us a warm welcome was very polite.
Bathroom could be more spacious, but this is not a serious problem as the b&b is a very good value for money.
Amazing little Gem, close to all the sites, very intimate, breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend this place.
Located halfway between the train station and the historic center. The room is big enough, and stylish. The breakfast is self-service, with plenty of choice.
It was very difficult to get the right temperature for the water in the shower! Either very hot or cold, it seemed that the temperature would drop suddenly when somebody else was taking a shower at the same time in the B&B!
No aircon Very strong smell of cigarettes tiny room shared balcony thin walls noisy poor bed hard to find located in an apartment block weird reception bad customer service generally pretty rubbish
Not much. Bed was okay and the abundance of food was free
Rude staff. She eavesdropped on us, threatened to call the police for us burping, and talked to us like mischievous children not valued guests. She also made a silly rule about breakfast finishing at 10am yet the food is left there all day and it wouldn't bother anyone if we had breakfast 30 mins late
Cleanliness, room size, friendliness of staff, proximity to old city
Would have loved a cappuccino at breakfast!
The running of the hostel was excellent. The lady who runs the hostel is very friendly and professional. She provided us with information about Verona and even gave us cushions to sit on while we watched the opera at the amphitheatre. The hostel itself was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a blackout blind in the room so we were not disturbed. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. The breakfast was very good - we were able to use the kitchen between 8 and 10am and to have coffee/tea at any time. There is also a dining room. The accommodation itself is located very close to Verona and the train station (from which you can take a bus directly to the airport, which goes every 20 mins and takes only around 20 mins).
The B&B is in the city center on a street with parking places. The kitchen is open 24/7 so you can enjoy a coffee or a snack even in the afternoon.
The B&B is actually on the third floor of an apartment building with noisy elevator. The air conditioning cannot be switched off, the bathroom would need some refurbishment.
Overall good and comfortable.
I had to make my own breakfast no staff to help. Could not find the place at first no signs outside only one small sign on the building.
The location was good, just 10mn walk to the center. Quite clean and little cute balcony.
The strong smell of cleanser at the entrance was unpleasant. Old fruits in the fridge. A bit boring decoration in the room. And we were woken up by a cleaning machine on the street at night, very loud.
Decor and design. Good location and great breakfast. Big comfortable room with balcony. Very clean.
Feels like you have roomates. It's a glorified hostel with thin walls.
It was close to the centre of Verona and was in a quiet area. The manager was very nice that I spoke to and helpful.
I didn't know that it was a converted apartment that was turned into a Hotel/B&B. There was very little soundproofing between the rooms. The people in the next room to us cam in at 2am and started making toast in the kitchen. Luckily we had our own bathroom and didn't have to share but whenever anyone else left there room and closed and locked the door it could be heard very easily in our room. There were also two or three other rooms which people were apparently staying in and marked private as we found out when one of them opened the door and crossed over to the shared bathroom. If your young and want a cheap place to stay I highly recommend if your a bit older and looking for a nice hotel to stay in while in Verona I wouldn't recommend.
It is a bit silent area when you stay alone while you are turning back to the hotel.
Excellent location, easy walk from train station, close to centrum and most tourist attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly (Christine), room and bathroom were clean, nicely prepared.
I stayed in a single room and it was really fitting for a one person only. But it is a B &B not a hotel, so certain expectations needed to be adjusted (such as for a very loud group in other rooms).
The location of the B&B is within 5 min from the train station. It's a walking distance to the Coliseum and Rome major attractions. The room was spacious, clean. The breakfast was very basic though.
Poor breakfast, only corosiant with yogurt and juice or coffee! The alley is very noisy at night (people shouting, garbage trucks loading). The left worked the first day but didn't work on check out so had to carry my luggage 3 floors on stairs.
Friendly n helpful staff ...
We had to share the bathroom with other room but it was ok just go ra night .
The location was perfect, 15min easy walk from trainstation, 5-10min walk to the amphitheatre and onwards towards the piazza & juliettes balcony. The room was big, clean, had a tv, little balcony which the sun caught in the afternoon. Wifi good, breakfast good.
The kitchen was only available I. The morning so you couldn't make yourself something through the day even if you brought your own ingredients.
Right in the center, elegant building.
+5 Euro taxes and +10 Euro parking.
simply excellent: Simona was very kind and helpful, the room and the bathroom were perfectly clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and full of options... it's in the center of the city but yet in a very quiet place; the building (from the Renaissance period!) is awesome. one of the best b&b's I had the chance to try.
good location easy walking distances. good breakfasts, plenty of room
shared bathroom which my wife is a little suspect
breakfast and location
Location is close to train station, WiFi worked well & a reasonable price
Stayed in a room with a shared bathroom & in the shared bathroom the shower was broken & the drain in the shower didn't work properly. I would suggest if you stay here don't book a room with the shared bathroom either book one of the rooms with a private bathroom or look for alternative accommodation if you wish to save money by having a shared bathroom.
Comfortable modern designed room, good location and breakfast
The price for B'n'B which means some shortage of facilities, but Verona's generally overpriced.
