Great staff, good cosy rooms with nice view of the Tiber river and the fishing boats. Quite a good location. shuttle service to Rome and Airport. 15min to the Nuova Fiera di Roma by car. Restaurant at the top floor with panoramic views.

Too distant from the Rome city center - although not a problem if you use the shuttle.

The hotel was new and fresh. It had great sea views and the roof top breakfast and pool was great. A perfect location before leaving from the Fiumicino Rome airport

The room was a little small but for one night it didn't matter. The balcony provided a little more space and lovely fresh sea air.

It was a rainy night and the restaurant was overwhelmed by the number of guests that were dinning in.

Loved the restaurant, the rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Hotel style was beautiful, very comfortable and modern.

Location was not too good. Not a lot to do in Fumichino, but a handy layover for flights from Fumichino airport.

The hotel was well situated overlooking the Tiber Mouth and Marina. For an airport hotel it was fantastic. The hotel itself was obviously quite new, ver clean, comfortable and elegant. With a roof top pool and an efficient airport shuttle bus. The area was pleasant and I guess you could spend even a weekend here. We were on a stopover between cruise and home and it was an ideal place to wind down from the city of Rome and the cruise before getting back to reality.

There was nothing I didnt like. We were lucky enougth to secure a room with a balcony overlooking the Marina. I think the food choices in the Bistro were limited though, but the breakfast included in the price was more than adequate.

The room was superb. The hotel was superb. Friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant, not overpriced. Munchies with apero. Complementary slippers.

Not enough lounge chairs by the pool while it was a very hot day.

Everything. Stayed there last year and we are staying there now for 2 days and 2 more in June then 3 days later in June.

Location is excellent if you need stay close to the airport. Great clean rooms, new facilities and very convenient parking.

Location to airport fuimicini was excellent only negative was hotel charged going and coming 6euros a person

Everything. Staff perfect. Room large,terrace. view of tiber, fishing boats, ten minutes from fiumicino airport. Parking garage free. Free computer, printer in lobby. Great place if u have layover. Lots of restaurants, shops right outside hotel.

Italy has yet to figure out the concept of an airport hotel. Free frequent shuttle to airport 5 minutes away would be great. Got the shuttle in the morning (12 euros) but getting to the hotel the previous day was an expensive frustrating and time consuming process.

Close to da Vinci airport and a much better option than going all the way into Rome if just staying overnight.15 Euro cab rather rather than 48 Euro and no traffic hassles. Hotel was modern clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of lots of places to eat.( Ranging from cheap to expensive)

New, clean, stylish, friendly staff, excellent unique breakfast, excellent location if you have early morning flight (7min to the airport- 15 euro) Our room was superior, with extra bed which was small for two children, so the hotel didn't charge for it

There was nothing that we didn't like

The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the water and fishing boats. We stayed one night. Free internet. The breakfast room has large windows with water views. Breakfast was good. There is a swimming pool on the top floor, wich we didn't use, due to the cold weather. There's a restaurant, but also there are plenty of small places to eat along the road. Shuttle to Fiumicino was on time the next morning and it's a very short ride to the airport, but you pay extra. This driver was very helpfull, professional and friendly.

The fact that we waited for the shuttle at the airport on arrival for quite a long time and the driver was very rude.

There was nothing I did not like

It was a great hotel, location was so interesting as it was in a fishing town and was by the docks. There was a very nice restaurant there, and the food was delicious! We'd stay there again, especially if we wanted another close hotel to the airport yet not at the airport, It was a great value for the money!

Nothing comes to mind, although, if you are looking for a seaside resort area, it will take some time for this to happen here.

Apart from the problem mentioned below, all the rest is fine. The location is excellent, food is quite good, the personnel is professional, the bed is big and very comfortable, the blinds are efficient.

The room ventilation can drive one mad. It stops at 23h; too bad if you need to sleep earlier to catch a plane.
