La beauté de l'hôtel et la qualité des chambres. Période creuse en août apparemment et l'hôtel était quasi vide... SPA non compris dans le prix de la chambre et fonctionnant de temps en temps, or sur le site il y a bien un SPA à la disposition des clients. Location 5 € pour serviette piscine !!! Pour un 4* c'est incorrect. |

pour un prix modique, possibilite de dormir dans un hotel luxueux. chambres ultra confortables et spacieuses. petit dejeuner copieux et savoureux. Le quartier est un peu dissuasif -zone portuaire- mais silencieux. |

Luxurious, well appointed facilities. The hotel was great and the girls at the front desk were very helpful in suggesting restaurants and outings. |

What a beautiful hotel! Very luxurious. Super view from the pool area, on the roof. The staff was great and very serviceminded. Will be back for sure!!!! The surrounding area is a bit on the rough side, although this is compensated by the standard of the hotel and staff. Besides, it's cheap and convenient with the bus right outside the frontdoor. Or the staff will call a taxi for you. |

friendly staff, clean and nice rooms Awful area and I believe dangerous in the industrial district. With "strange" people around. I think tourists should prefer hotels in the centre of the city. Especially women should not choose this as I do not think it is safe to walk there. I was with my boyfriend and still I was scared because of the area |

die Zimmerausstattung, die gesamte Hotelausstattung, der Wellnessbereich und auch der Barbereich draußen, und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Lage des Hotels nahe der Bus- und U-Bahnstation. Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr gut, der Kaffee war ungenießbar aus diesem Automaten!!!! Allerdings war auch der Kaffe im Barbereich nicht sehr gut - lange Wartezeit am Abend an der Bar. |

Leider haben wir nur für 1 Nacht Zeit gehabt, das Hotel zu würdigen. Allerdings möchten wir demnächst Neapel eine etwas längere Zeit gönnen und würden dann gerne dort unseren Aufenthalt nehmen. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat uns gefehlt. |

La cosa cha più ci ha colpito è la cordialità e professionalità della reception nell'accoglienza e poi assistenza. La cosa spiacevole dato che era stato scelto per la caratteristica di avere il centro benessere e piscina trovarli chiusi la domenica è stato deludente credo fosse una notizia da riportare in internet nella descrizione, eravamo lì per lavoro e volevamo rilassarci. |

la qualità del servizio , la pulizia e la piscina.Buona anche la colazione. la camera classic nn prevede sky in camera e per questo la televisione funziona solo da sopramobile perche nn si prende nessun canale, l'accesso a pagamento del centro benessere, altri alberghi di eguale prestigio in cui sono stato, lasciano entrare gratis.cmq il prezzo è relativamente basso, dieci euro per il bagno turco, ed è proprio questo il motivo per cui mi chiedo come mai lo fanno pagare. |

Confortevolezza della struttura. E' la mia seconda volta al Tiberius Hotel. Il mio primo giudizio fu eccellente, ma questa volta ho riscontrato un notevole calo della manutenzione: l'idromassaggio non funzionava, la seconda stanza prenotata per i miei amici presentava una forte infiltrazione di umidità nel muro e relativo scrostamento dell'intonaco oltre che un forte puzzo di fumo e le stanze prenotate erano per non fumatori. |

Colazione a buffet ,gradevolezza della stanza, Rumorosita' della stanza nonostante fossimo all' ottavio piano, parcheggio all'aperto per 10 euro al giorno, il terzo letto non e' presente in camera come indicato ma e' una brandina poco confortevole e non era stata nemmeno preparata al nostro arrivo |
