the restrauant was quite good the tv was difficult to use - need instructions in english. the location was not as near to the train station as i believed. the taxi service outside the train station is terrible. |

Although it is not in a good area it was a beuatiful hotel and a nice place to stay The charges applied by the hotel for a three minute international phone call were rather extravagant and could not be explained by the manager at the front desk. |

The hotel was clean and easily accessible by Public transportation. The bus comes every 30 minutes about a block from the hotel. Good location and a decent breakfast. |

We purposely picked this hotel for the fitness center, jacuzzi, pool indicated in the amenities, and none of this was available. I should get my money back. Aside from that, the area outside the Tiberio Hotel is dirty with garbage and dog crap everywhere. We even saw some hyperdermic needles on the ground. Take Naples off of your map. |

Luxurious, well appointed facilities. The hotel was great and the girls at the front desk were very helpful in suggesting restaurants and outings. |

What a beautiful hotel! Very luxurious. Super view from the pool area, on the roof. The staff was great and very serviceminded. Will be back for sure!!!! The surrounding area is a bit on the rough side, although this is compensated by the standard of the hotel and staff. Besides, it's cheap and convenient with the bus right outside the frontdoor. Or the staff will call a taxi for you. |

La camera molto bella ed accogliente, c'è da considerare comunque che avevo prenotato una camera executive matrimoniale (una suite) ad un prezzo paragonabile ad una normale camera di altri 4 stelle in città.Il parcheggio sul retro (all'interno dell'albergo) era gratuito (almeno il giorno che ho soggiornato io). Unico problema comunque risolto è che al mio arrivo (ore 21:00) il receptionist non trovava la mia prenotazione fatta con booking, forse però questo era dovuto al fatto che avevo prenotato un paio di ore prima. In ogni caso mi ha dato la camera prevista al prezzo concordato. |

trés bel hôtel avec un trés bon acceuil , parking fermé et gardé, belle piscine sur le toit avec vue imprenable sur naple, trés belle chambre trés spacieuse petit déjeuner trés copieux. chambre mal insonorisée |

Ruime, mooi ingerichte kamer met grote badkamer. Geen last van straatlawaai (wellicht eerder uitzonderlijk in Napels). Uitgebreid ontbijt (zowaar met kaas, eitjes, spek,...). Ondanks geafficheerde prijs van 10€ per nacht werd de parking niet aangerekend. Buitenzwembad was al gesloten begin oktober hoewel het nog vlot 25° was. Binnenzwembad was maar een paar uur per dag open (en dan nog in de namiddag wanneer normale mensen in de stad zijn..) |

Molta apparenza, poca sostanza, è frutto di investimenti di chi gli hotel li vive da cliente solo per le vacanze e ritiene che quello che offre, nella sua struttura, è già tanto! Troppi hotel in Italia sono così, nessuno si lamenta e il turismo va a rotoli. In un 4 stelle ci dovrebbero essere dei servizi di accoglienza fondamentali che qui mancano. Non disuto il gusto degli arredi, ma la colazione........ Peccato è il turismo italiano che perde, sempre!!!! |

El hotel a simple vista tiene buena pinta, así como la habitación, que es bastante grande y cómoda. El personal de recepción "pasó" literalmente de nosotros cuando les comunicamos en repetidas ocasiones que el aire acondicionado y el frigorífico no funcionaban, por lo que estuvimos las tres noches pasando mucha calor. La zona da bastante miedo, suerte que el hotel dispone de parking, recomiendo a quien vaya en coche que no lo deje en la calle. |

La qualité de service, personnel serviable et souriant, petit déjeuner de qualité (mis à part le jus de fruit "chimique", dommage !). Piscine sur les toits. Disponibilité des transports en commun durant la journée (bonne fréquence des autobus). Le soir, vu le quartier, plus prudent d'utiliser un véhicule personnel si possible. Parking gardé et gratuit. Donc,très bon rapport qualité/prix. Adresse à retenir pour notre prochain passage à Naples. Détail, détail, mais la configuration du mobilier de la salle de bain, grande par ailleurs, ne peut empêcher la transformation du lieu en piscine !...... |
