Staff were pleasant, efficient and courteous. Rooms were grubby and in need of refurbishment, breakfast was poor, unable to get tv to work. only water in mini-bar |

Nice hotel 5 min walking from the beach and 20-30 min from railway station. It is also close to the viale Amerigo Vespucci (main street of Rimini) and Piazz. Tripoli bus station to San Marino. No internet available in the hotel!!! |

Easy, cheap and in the middle of Rimini. The staff had very little knowledge of english. In a hotel I think that the staff should be able to speak english. The minibar was empty. |

Camere ampie, personale disponibile, possibilità di parcheggio (almeno in basa stagione), Vicino al lungomare molto frequentato nelle stagioni primavera estate) con possibilità di shopping e passeggiata Ho trovato l'allestimento dell'albergo perfettamente uguale a 17 anni fa, ancora efficente ma oggi avrebbe bisogno di restiling |

Ho apprezzato il letto comodo, il bagno pulito e la colazione tutto abbastanza varia. Non ho apprezzato la moquet sul pavimento, è antiigenica e difficile da pulire, oltre che antiestetica. Personale alla reception assolutamente del tutto indifferente al cliente. Molte persone si sono avvicendate ma mai nessuna ha accolto in maniera veramente cordiale il cliente, quasi fossero lì per caso. |

Gentile accoglienza,ottima colazione di cui vasta e varia,parcheggio per l'auto,comodo perchè situato al centro di Rimini. I servizi, assolutamente non idonei (per le mie esigenze), quasi impossibile farsi la doccia e inoltre molto vecchi. |

la posizione. nonostante avessi prenotato per una camera per non fumatori, in camera c'era una insopportabile cattivo odore di fumo di sigarette ai limiti della sopportabilità. prima colazione carente.la struttura andrebbe rinfrescata un pò. |

la centralità dell'hotel la moquette della stanza era sporchissima con gomme da masticare attaccate, la porta del bagno non si apriva, la porta della doccia mi è rimasta in mano, etc..etc.. un disastro |

Camera pulita, personale di giorno giovane e disponibile; l'uomo e la donna in servizio di notte (forse i proprietari od i gestori?!) dovrebbero fare un corso di buone maniere e magari mostrarsi un pò più propensi ad aiutare il cliente. Colazione a buffet abbondante.L'orario della colazione e del Check out dovrebbero essere estesi. La camera, al check in, si è resa disponibile solo alle 14.00!!! |
