Location, responsiveness of staff when help was needed. Small room; small, relatively old bathroom. Fotos which you can see on website are correct, but they are made in angle so that you see only positive things of the room, not the room in general. But this corresponds to most of the budget hotels in Milan in the area of Central Station (I stayed in about 7). |

Hotel Delle Nazioni? Delle nazioni terzo mondo, more like it. This hotel was very old and dirty (the rooms I mean --- the lobby was deceivingly okay!), with mold and everything, and the staff was not very nice at all (especially when we asked to switch rooms since our first reeked of smoke). It's close to the station but not close to much else (in terms of eating, etc). |

It was near central station and city center... I like this city... with it's atmosphere and architecture... but i only didn't like staying in this hotel, whay?... i think it's because of it's atmosphere...rooms was tidy, but with old furniture and stuff like that... |

Good location near the Milan Central Station. Room was clean and comfortable. My room was on the 5th floor so the hot water pressure was a little bit low but still enough for a hot shower.No free WiFi although it's a business hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. |

Location. Given the high cost of more upscale facilities in the area (particularly this week) it was good value for money. Breakfast buffet was okay but not excellent. |

The location of the hotel was good, near to trams, trains etc.Plenty of cafes and places to eat also nearby. When I booked the hotel it clearly stated breakfast was included in the price. However I was charged a further nine euros when I checked out. When I questioned this the hotel staff did'nt seem interested and charged my card anyway! |

The stauff kindly showed everything we asked - about shops ect. They have also possibility to have a pica in room, if you arrive really late and feel hungry. In pictures the rooms seems little bit bigger and the hotel isn't one of the youngest, but for center and the price - is ok. |

cleanliness and location it was extremely cold. Although they told the heating system is on during 8-10 pm it was not.also when we asked help of the staff either they were rude or they were lying. the problem was never solved.the staff told us there are extra blanket to use :P |

It is close to and easily accessible from milano centrale. Not bad for somewhere just for the night to catch a flight. The bathroom was pretty run down. |

The room was very small, but clean. A bit cold during the night (November). The first night the heating was working, but the second it didn't. The location is excellent. |

Our room was big and tidy. Located on a rather quiet street close to the railway station. The windows weren't properly closed and we couldn't close them so the sounds from the street were quite clear. Bathtub and shower would need a deep cleansing. |

There was a mosquito in our room and I was bitten both nights, after the 1st night I tried to tell the hotel staff but they said it was too late in the year for mosquitos. So they didn't do anything about it and I got bitten again the next night. Being covered in itchy bites made our stay somewhat less enjoyable. |

I like the hotel staff. Let say that was ok. The main reason to stay in this hotel is the price. The room is very poore. Heating is not working during cold days. In the bathroom there are some bigger problems... The brekfast is not really a big hotel brekfast, but is just a brekfast. |

The hotel is very close to the central train station and very close to the cathedral... it has very clean and comfortable rooms. Definitly would go there again. |

Very close to the Train Central Station and the subway, easy to find. There was a lot of noise from people going around in the hall at night. |

Location is good: hotel is situated near the central station, it also takes 20 minutes to reach Via del Corso and 30 minutes to get to city centre. Rooms look like they are from the 1970-th., furniture is old and the rooms are dark also. |

Proximity to Central Train station. Hotel bar open until 1am. Hotel staff was fine. Absolutely no view. Long walk to city center. Drink prices relatively high. |
