Delle Nazioni Milan Hotel

It is close to the Milano Centrale, around 500 m. Quiet street. Everything was ok.

plus on this hotel is only location, no far from central station, but not 200 meters...

we had a problem with payment, because hotel did a preauthorisation 2 days before our arrival, an ammount have been charged from credit card and they always told us that it is not possible and we had to pay once again, but then they told us that charged money will be send back to bank account in few days, if they don´t accept a preauthorisation (the problem was that I hadn´t got this card with me, it was card of my husband, at this time I am waiting if they send me money back). Heater in our room was very noisy and doesn´t heat, so there was cold like outside. Anything was old, from bathroom to bedroom. If I can reccomend you, please don´t go to this hotel!!!

Staff not very efficient in 2 days of permanency although it was required no shower towel was given in the room, I did not ask twice simply I won't book the hotel anymore, breakfast too expansive for the quality of it

Heating in the room could have been better and use of internet should have been simpler to arrange.

The staff was really unfriendly and unhelpful. Our room was facing a wall, so that was a bit depressing. Plus it was really cold, I slept with my winter jacket, as the staff wouldn't find a solution for it.

We froze in our room all night. Did call reception but they couldnt care less... sent someone who just looked at the thersmostat! Also, they adverstise the hotel being 200m from the station... its not far but definetely not 200m! The internet charge is abusive... paid 6 Euros to connect for one our and have 2 pages printed!

the location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk away from Milan s central railway station. it is closed to everything and easy get to Duomo area by metro (4 station by line 3). the bathroom is very large and very clean. it i worth the price much and actually the price is truly low.

the hotel room is a bit small but according to its good location in Milan. it is not a big deal.

The room had a basic feel but was functional. The heating worked well in winter and the shower was hot. We had a very quiet room (if we don't count in our neighbors). Note that the hotel has rooms of varying quality (ours was rather basic, probably due to the special rate).

The carpet was old and dirty. Above the shower were spots of mold. Otherwise very clean, also the blankets and towels. The room had a cold appeal thanks to the mint green walls and energy saving lamps. Nothing for a romantic weekend. But they have better, more expensive rooms as well.

Small room; small, relatively old bathroom. Fotos which you can see on website are correct, but they are made in angle so that you see only positive things of the room, not the room in general. But this corresponds to most of the budget hotels in Milan in the area of Central Station (I stayed in about 7).

Hotel Delle Nazioni? Delle nazioni terzo mondo, more like it. This hotel was very old and dirty (the rooms I mean --- the lobby was deceivingly okay!), with mold and everything, and the staff was not very nice at all (especially when we asked to switch rooms since our first reeked of smoke). It's close to the station but not close to much else (in terms of eating, etc).
