Delle Nazioni Milan Hotel

Location! You can walk to the most interesting parts of the city, but if you don't feel like walking, you have two metro stations really close. Around the hotel there are also many restaurants and the very very pleasant Via Buenos Aires.

The breakfast for 13 euros pp is waaay too expensive. also, the staff (except for a guy from the night shift at the desk) were pretty rude, plus, at the check out they have made us pay for something from the minifridge we did not have, and in that occasion I have even been called a liar.

The location and quietness

The hotel was conveniently located near the central station in Milan. The cost was reasonable.

The room was quite small and there was no free internet, but for the price it was reasonable.

The only advantage is it's proximity to Milan Grand Central Station.

The hotel needs an urgent lifting.

the price was reasonable but in compare with the previous hotel I staid at the other cities in my trip not quite acceptable condition

The towels smelled bad, the sling was leaking, the bathroom wale wasn't absorb water properly, the Bide wale seemed to had problems. every thing was extras. the room light was not enough and male staff were not welcoming.

rooms very small. Hotel needs maintenance. elevator too small. Smoke / fire detectors missing or partially disassembled.

Th room was covered with dirty carpet! ,The room was dark and light was not enough! Window was very bad.

only two towels in a triple room, needed the air conditioning as room was very hot

This hotel was very close to the central train station which was a big bonus.

The room was very very old. The fridge didn't work, and the wifi did not extend up to my floor.

No Restaurant, far from the centre.

The staff were extrelely helpful and friendly and there were always enough staff on hand to deal with the constant flow of clients.

The standard of the bathroom was pretty antiquated - a good renovation is in order, although there was a sign apologising for any inconvenience due to current improvements being made. The room was very small and the wardrobe door couldn't be opened properly due to the bedside table being so close.
