First a man at reception gave us a room with horrible smoking smell (I ask room for non-smokers when I `ve been booking this room)

No glasses in Minibar or bathroom. Bedroom shutter did not open or close fully and was very difficult to open or close

Good location, easy to find from Milano Centrale. Good gelateria and supermarket around the corner behind the hotel.

unfortunately got stuck in the lift with suitcases when checking out. The staff helped me out quicky with the luggage,but i would recommend to do something with the lift

I liked the location. Very near the Milan central train station. The cost was decent for what they offer. Shopping and bars were close as well. If you are there for business for a couple days or a couple nights of just wanting to see the city it is nice.

The items in the refrigerator in the room were too expensive. The wifi didnt work well. There needs to be a router on each floor or something to keep the signal high enough.

Location is very convenient, close to railway station, airport shuttle buses and just 7 minutes by metro to city center.

room was relatively noisy, and list of services provided was not really clear with prices and availability of services. But that is the price you pay for 3/star hotel in Milan, I guess.

Good service and money-confort ratio, very close to city center with lovely caffes nearby. Clean and warm room (#310) with big comfortable bathroom.

Nice hotel , nice people all the staff that I meet. Clean and friendly and in such a good location close to the Central Station.

The extra fee for Wi-Fi internet. If they get out that and if they renovate little the bathroom it will be an excellent hotel.

The hotel looks nice and very convenient to get to the centre wtih tram, metro and walk to the railway station. Room is pleasant and clean. Specially liked the shutter and the peace.

Hotel need renovation

Badly insulated window, making a lot of cold wind in the night. Poor breakfast. Unfreandly staff.

In my opinion it is unaceptable that a 3 star hotel does not provide free wi fi. I have stayed in hostels in Bolivia that did !!

if you want to visit city for several days, this hotel might fit you because of its price, location and staff. Good for sleeping, taking shower and not spending time inside the room.

old designed rooms, small room to move around; not suitable for x-large persons, interior looking window because of building structure

The room 415 was not clean. There was a bad odor when we check-in A 3 star hotel should not be that odorous smell. Pls take note on this comment because it affects your other clients. Thank You.

Good location between Stazione Centrale and Statzione Garibaldi.

The hotel has obsolete equipment and a uneducated and unelegant personel when the customers show the problems: the shower doesnt work and the customer has to go 2 times at the reception at midnight, the employee who came to see the problem left the room without saying what will succeed. The external windows were broken (having only the internal ones in order), the heating very noisy. Finnaly, for a single night at 55 euros it can be ok if you dont take a shower...
