Location is good, staff (or the owner) very considerate: Gianni told us a lot about Rome. Everything is very clean. We liked our stay very much and we recommend it.

Breakfast could be a little bit more varied. Just for the owners: there could be a choice: a peace of bread with cheese instead of croissant for example.

Room number 15, no 17m2 so it was described, 3x3 m but less then 9m2 because one corner is cut off. No space at all. No daylight. Very noisy.

John, the owner of the suites was very helpful in giving advice about the area. For my first trip to Europe, it did not take long to figure out where to go for non-tourist prices. Also, if you are planning your trip soon, then you should check out Cafe De la Pace. It is one of Rome's oldest wine bars. It's a bit out of the way, but I appreciate John's recommendation and his directions. For travelers who are looking for an experience beyond the "guided tour" scene, this hotel and its area knowledge are excellent.

Staff were exemplary, Giani was so helpful in showing us the city, providing a tourist map, recommending places to go and to eat. Breakfast really very good, delicious pastries, fresh drinks.. We almost overdosed on sugar wanting to eat it all. Good location, 5-10 minute walk from main station, small shops, cafés, restaurants within 100 m (all good priced) and underground stop 5 minutes away. We walked everywhere except for one simple train ride to the Vatican, 25 minutes from our door to St Peter's. Price also excellent for what you get, am recommending to family/friends who go there.

Friendly staff, breakfast every morning in the room (though only pastries), soft bed, amazing and affordable pizza place, sandwich shops, and snack bar nearby. Loved it, would come again

A bit far from all the attractions if you enjoy walking everywhere-- better to stay in a more central location for that. Otherwise, very close to two metro stops, and ten minutes away from termini by walking. Also somewhat close to the trevi fountain

The room was very big with a good size bathroom. Air-con was great and very much needed in July! Breakfast was good for the money and was nice to have it brought to the room...not sure why people seem so unimpressed with it. Yes it is basic (i.e. bread which you can put cheese or jam on and then a croissant + tea, coffee, orange juice or yoghurt) but if you are on a budget then it wont be an amazing buffet! The staff were very nice and recommended that we go to Trastevere for evening time which was a great recommendation. They also gave us good directions to walk to places and also bus services to get around. Also a good location...nice little street, 15 minutes walk to trevi fountain which is lovely to walk around in the evening and very only 10 minutes from termini where bus station is and metro which is needed to get around the city if you dont want to walk long distances.

Around 9-9.30 it gets noisy because the cleaners are around - walls are thin. This was more of an issue for us because we are late risers! One night we did have noisy neighbours, but wasnt too much trouble.
