when I asked for the other type room for my children, they did their best to be moved. when we were in trouble they helped us so kindly. |

The American breakfast was great! Felt very welcomed and at home even though in another country. Staff very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel must have been located near a hospital, there was a great deal of ambulances with sirens blaring past the hotel until late at night. |

The breakfast buffet and the maps of Rome available. The upbeat environment. Wonderful, spacious bathroom and veranda (with a view). Extremely uncomfortable mattresses. We saw a new one being installed, so hopefully things may improve. While the walls between rooms kept all noise out, the same can not be said about the not infrequent noise from the halls. |

Restaurant was lovely. Staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms very spacious with aircon. Good location to subway. Lots of gelati and pizza stores close by Bed was a bit hard if I was picky. No nice restaurant close to motel. Restaurant in motel was closed on the Saturday night we arrived |

The staff is very polite and glad to help.
a, we heard speaks and noice and sigguret smell as well from the room nearby. it seem that the walls between the room are not fitted to avoide noises and smells,

Staff very helpfull and friendly, lovely rooms,welcome coffee and cakes after journey very nice and welcoming,alittle out of city but bus 310 great runs every few minutes so no problem at all,value for money excellent. would stay again. haad to run the hot tap for quite a long time before hot water came through. |

Choice of breakfast
Not enough staff for breakfast. Many things were empty and have not been filled up within half an hour. This was the case on 3 of 3 mornings. The offer of breakfast was good, though. Manz choices for Italian breakfast.

I liked everything because it was as promissed when booking, even more.The hotel is close to metro, therefore historical centre. Room was bright, big and clean. Breakfest was perfect for Italy - buffet table with wide variecy which was important for us with small child. The restaurant is opened for good dinner with room service available. Nice and adequate bathroom with bath, clean towels daily, etc. The hotel was the main reason why our holidays in Rome were perfect. Definately will stay here also for the next time. |
