I really did love this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating . Always will to go that extra mile to satisfy the guest. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.
nothing was too much trouble. Also very near to tram stop and quite near to metro.
road works early in the morning, but that was not the hotel's fault.
close to a metro station, clean and comfortable.
Good value, convenient spot for restaurants and metro. After asking to move rooms due to the smell, they complied right away. Staff (in particular Francesca) very helpful and friendly
Terrible smell on level 3, beds not very comfy
Clean, quiet, good breakfast included in the price.
Location. No decent restaurants nearby. Too far from city centre to come and go so were out from breakfast until evening
Staff at reception were particularly helpful and accommodating. The room for three was like a mini apartment.
Breakfast was limited and only having one coffee making machine meant that there was a long queue for drinks. A steep flight of stairs meant that it was difficult for us to get our cases into the hotel, as there was no ramp or lift at that point.
The room was big enough for a family with a "walk in closet". Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Metro station near by. Very good transfer to the airport. The area is full with students, so there are many places to eat pizza and ice cream in reasonable prices.
The wifi was very poor in the rooms. The colour printer was not working, so I had to find an internet point , to print the on-line tickets for Collosseum. Away from the historic center ( 12-15 euro by TAXI). A little bit noisy from the street.
Very easy to get to all the main sites in Rome. A short walk to Policlinico Metro station and for just 1.5 Euros you can go anywhere on the network. Straight out the front door, across the road and walk for a few minutes and there is a great little bistro. Breakfast was good and reception staff were helpful. Buy your Metro tickets in the cafe across the road.
The taxi service they offer is unreliable. For a fixed fee of 45 Euros they say they will pick you up from the airport and have a man waiting with a sign showing your name at the point where you emerge from arrivals. Booked one and it did not turn up. Several phone calls, still no taxi. Eventually gave up and paid a metered cab which cost is 55 Euros. On departure we also booked a cab for the fixed price at 16.00 hours. Did not arrive, Eventually they got another company to provide a car at 16.40. In both cases the original taxi firm had excuses and promised taxis .......but still did not arrive
Nothing good about this Hotel.

Sometimes a strange smell coming from the shower drain .
clean room, friendly staff, tasty breakfasts, 20 minutes walk from Termini Station
Friendly and very helpful staff (thanks for organising the airport transfer at very late notice Simone), great breakfast, very clean room, very quiet room even with noisy students on the same floor.
Only complaint was that wireless didn't work in the room but it worked great in reception and the restaurant.
Location was great - 2 stops from Termini Quiet location - so very little noise Breakfast was excellent staff were very helful
No Gym but that was okay Not many local restaurants
The staff is honest and considerate. They are holding a cell phone for us we left.
The restaurant/cafeteria is in an enclosed basement.
Nice place, good breakfast
No own parking place
Excellent Breakfast with so much to chose from, the staff were unbelievable! Every single one of them were outstanding!
Breakfast was OK The staff was friendly
The location was not so good Wifi in the rooms is really bad
Beautiful stay in Rome Cleanliness of the hotel/room was impeccable. Staff was friendly with proper attentiveness to any request. Location of the hotel is good/very good – short walking distance to Metro Station Policlinico. Metro tickets are EUR 1.50 and only valid for one time ride (when you exit Metro you cannot come back with the same ticket) where you can use combination of bus/metro/bus transportation for 100 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with cold cuts varieties of meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, baked hot dogs, buns/breads with all the fixes (butter, jam, peanut butter, mayonnaise, ketchup), cereal with all the fixes, juices, European style coffee machine choices (with American coffee as well), fruits and sweet table with variety as well. Maybe I missed some but all of this was available both mornings we stayed there and it worked for me and my family to fuel-up and ready to go exploring Rome. Beware of the service charges some restaurants are charging or ask before you go in. We did not know and for the bill of EUR 51.50 Servizio charge was EUR 12.00 which is 23.3%.
