We were upgraded to a superior room free of charge. The original room was small and pokey. Superior room did not have balcony but was much more spacious. |

The location was so convenient from the train station, the town center and the ferry. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, including champagne! And the price was excellent for the overall quality. |

The location was very nice, walking distance to the sea. Close to the cinque terra by train, and a beautiful walk to Portofino. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were very small. |

Very good Hotel,clean,great and helpfull staff ,good breakfast,i would return there if i went back to Santa Margarita Ligure The only thing i didnt like is that i thought the hotel had oceanview and it didnt,but it didnt hurt my trip,we had a great time |

charming location weird room modification as an attempt to give more roomy feel but it was not successful as the stairs were dangerous and the mezannine was pokey |

room was large and comfortable; larger than I would expect for the price; breakfast was as good as a four star hotel. shower/tub and bathroom floor slippery when wet. |

The price was good. The night check in staff was quite surly and the room/bathroom was quite small and made smaller by too much furniture. Elevator was tiny (fit one person and one bag), but luckily we were only on the second floor. |

convenient location, 3 minutes from the action. Friendly, extremely helpful staff, Rooms rather old-fashoined, but comfortable and very clean. Just the traffic noise, but OK if not on the front. Some free car parking, staff will park and once in, your car stays there until you leave...but other carparking in SML very limited. |
