With good panporama view of harbor but not beach. Unfortunately we did not have good wheather though. Bath is clean. not particulary. |

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful - particularly Elisabetta. The hotel is lovely. We had a double deluxe room which was located on the 6th floor and it had a wraparound balcony so we had an amazing panoramic view of the whole bay. It is located right in the middle of Rappallo and is next to the promenade, beach, sea front shops and restaurants. Not a lot. Although I would recommend putting local tourist info booklets in the rooms e.g. local sights etc... There was some confusion re the beach - apparently it normally only opens from 1/6 and we were told that by reception. We had seen it open on the previous day. We were staying from 15/5 to 18/5. |

it was really on the sea! There was a noise in the room, related to something electric.It was was a little bit annoying. |

View from the room of beach,marina and hills. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Parking not solely for the Hotel. Can't park in the car park on Thursday as they hold a market there until 3.30pm. Small bathroom, no bath - only shower. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. |

Everything except the parking. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy in terms of location, views, comfort, decor and value for money. The breakfast was also the best we experienced and the overall atmosphere was terrific. Rapallo is a great place to stay. The parking on a Wednesday night (when the market sets up) is a problem, but the hotel staff were very helpful |
