Gorgeous location, very friendly and helpful staff, parking right in front, rooms in perfect condition, blackout shutters make it dark and quiet, really nice!!... fantastic breakfast buffet.

A bit noisy in the morning as you can hear all the toilets and showers starting at 7am

The hotel is situated in a great spot. Able to park the car in public parking just opposite (for a fee). Offered an upgrade on check in for a fee but it was worth it. Lovely views of the harbour.

Beautiful small hotel very well located near the beach, restaurants,shops and the sea side. Staff are great, very nice aattitude., ready to help you in any request. Dining room for breakfast is realy warm and decorated with nice pictures. Food is good and the dining room manager is a great man very friendly. Very nice the hotel,the manager(Luca) and the staff very helpful,very good and tasty the breakfast,I drink the best hot chocolate ever,the waiter was mindful and handy,the rooms very clean,I certainty recommend this hotel! Carmen

Beds were as hard as boards. They raved about their breakfast OK plenty of things to choose from but hot items almost cold. No parking as stated in municipal car park opposite and on Thursdays one cannot park from 6 am as there is a market. Where does one put one's car? Also no indication there was no restaurant.. Attention to detail is important 2 important things we were misled over. This contravenes the trade discrimination act!

Guests smoking in neighbouring rooms - the corridor subsequently stank of cigarette smoke and the smell was more than evident in our room - I am a chronic asthmatic and this was a real issue for me. I made two complaints and was offered a change of room but at 23.30 on my last night. This is a problem the hotel needs to get a grip of. Guests paying good money should not be subjected to this problem and sanctions should be brought against those guests who do smoke in their room. This is not just a matter of being inconvenienced but also one of public health. Most disappointing.

The location was perfect. Literally within throwing distance of the seaside cordon. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The weekly market was just a few meters away and was very good. Parking was very reasonable with the hotel having a deal with the local parking lots.

The hotel is very light and modern with friendly staff, in a really convenient position. Breakfast was lovely. We had a room with a sea view and balcony, could not ask for better.

Everything. View from room excellent with sunrise over the sea. Breakfast was marvelous overlooking the harbor. Hotel situated in middle of shopping area. Excellent value.

Parking was across the street in a parkingg lot for 12 euro for 24 hours.. But one can come and go as often as you wish with no extra charge.

All very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and although not the most expensive rate we still had a nice partial sea view from the 5th floor. Very good buffet breakfast especially as it was included in the rate. Free wi fi in room and worked OK.

The hotel is situated on the front and has excellent bay views, only 5 mins from the bus stop, 15 mins from train station, great selection of restuarants nearby so ideally located. All Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent, always kind and available to provide support and or guidance on any need. The position is right on the seaside, but you can also walk everywhere quite easily. The view on the Tigullio gulf is wonderful. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. Well catered breakfast.

The noise from the street does have a negative impact on the positive experience you can otherwise enjoy in this hotel. This is mainly due to the unfortunate italian habit of allowing/permitting scooters to mount illegal exhausters. People ride them right in front of the police, who apparently does not care of of people's wellbeing, the environmental pollution or the tourist industry!

Location is superb. Right in the middle of the beautiful Rapallo waterfront. The value was excellent.
