Beautiful little Trulli with central location and free wifi. Very clean.
Bed was a little hard, otherwise no issues.
Small bedroom, no soap or shower gel at all.
Everything was great- from the friendly welcome, the clean and stylish room and the included breakfast
100% recommendation to stay at Tipico Resort in Trulli! I arrived early but they let me check-in earlier than normal since the room was already ready. The girl who guided me to the trullo I actually stayed in even showed another available room and asked me if I wanted to change, which was quite nice. The one I stayed in was just awesome! You will experience a fantastic stay there :) when I cheked out, I had to wait for a train to get back to bari for 1 hour. The guy at the desk kindly told me to do the final sightseeing and be back in the office in 40 mins and he said he would drive me to the station! It was very helpful since I had heavy luggage. So, what I wanna say is...CHOOSE Tipico Resort in Trulli if you go to alberobello!!! :)
We've discovered an unknown before place with such an unique and authentic style. The trulli village is breath taking, and Tipico Resort brings you to their amazing world. It's by far the most beautiful place we've stayed in south italy. Thank you Alessio for your kindness, hope to see you again. Ciao
We stayed in a small turulli for a night. My friend told me that it was my birthday, and when I entered the room, there was beautiful flower!! They offered the nicer room with the same cost, they gave us a lift to the station, also the free breakfast was the best breakfast ever! The service couldn't be better. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Alberobello again.
The hot water turned into cold, so my friend had to take a cold shower. It was fine when we used hot water in the morning.
Location, breakfast, layout and spaciousness of the unit were all great.
Bedrooms were a little small
We (mother and daughter) had a 'Trullo' all for ourselves with 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen and bathroom. It was nice and warm. Charming. Also the staff was very friendly and explained everything about the attractions in town, gave good advise about restaurants and dishes to choose. We also got a little farewell gift. Extremely pleasant experience.
The location was in the middle of touristic places (residential trullies). The room was well decorated and clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee was one of the best ones I had. The staffs genuinly wanted to help us.
The room I stayed was next to a road therefore little bit of noise but not much traffic and it was quiet during the night. WIFI worked the first night but not next day morning which was promptly fixed by the staff.
Central location of house. Well kept and cleaned regularily.
Could have had oven glove and kettle.
To explain, because I didn't understand this fully: the main office is easily located in the main square of Alberobello; the trulli are scattered, but all within easy distance. Mine was a 7-10 minute walk away; parking was not a problem; breakfast is in a good (different) location, also a short walk away - very good it was, too. The lad who took me to my trullo couldn't have been more helpful,, and all in all this was a terrific experience.
I have nothing bad to say, though I should explain that my high scoring must be seen in relation to the fact that I was in a trullo not a luxury hotel. I know this is obvious, but it's probably worth saying anyway. Me? I say give it a go - you'll not readily forget the experience!
People, service, room, heater, and Aqua.
Location and experience in sleeping in a Trulli house!
Southern Italy is full of positive surprises, and Alberobello rates high among them. A opportunity to visit a one-of-a-kind, well-preserved middle-age community. We were positively impressed with the cleaningness, good restaurants, great preservation of the old town. If you decide to go, than try to stay in one of the old houses - the "Trulli" - offered by Tipico Resort in Trulli. Additionally, Alberobello is well located if you should want to proceed to Matera, Bari or the Scicilian Southern Coast.
Everything was just right.
The staff was lovely and extremely nice. Cute wellcome and leaving gifts and complementary bottle of water. WI-fi worked perfectly. The WC was the best most high-end facility of the trulli - functional and tastefully decorated.
I was expecting a typical trulli and this was not the case. From the poor location on back streets, to bad internal layout (with kitchen by the bed), shabby and untastefull decoration, a shower curtain that you could mount (if you preferred that to flooding the toilet), to dirty dishes and mould on the wall, hard to regulate heating (and serious temperature differences inside the trulli), poor breakfast (on away location, with poor quality ingredients) and very uncomfortable bed. I was expecting a typically decorated trulli, tastefully old style that would give us a representative experience...this was not the case. It was just overpriced and with claims that could not be fulfilled. Was eager to leave and get a good night sleep somewhere else. Very overpriced for quality - we stayed for lower prices in the days just before and after in 4star hotels with much better service and facilities.
Nice and out of the ordinary accommodation.
Bed was not the most comfortable, glass in window moving with wind, making a very irritating noise. But overall a unique experience in a Trullo that anyone should have for at least one night!
The staff was very helpful and the trullo was very cosy and had everything one needs during the stay. Very central.
Wifi too slow
This was our second time within the passed three months staying at Tipico Resort for the simple reason we really appreciated the quality of service and the friendliness of all the staff. Our thanks to you all and we will see you again soon!
We felt like we were living in Alberobello in this Trulli. Our Trulli was very nice, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, in a safe area where the actual citizens were living, and just 3-5 minutes walking to the main tourist attractions and shops. Very nice decorations and in-room details. But, watch out not to injure your head, as the doors are very short. The owner was welcoming and very much helpful. He gave us a magnet of Alberobello as a present. Breakfast was served i a nearby caffe. Free public parking in the area. We strongly recommend this resort.
Our three day Trullo experience was amazing. It was such a quiet residential area and we felt like locals. Everyone was so friendly and we could walk everywhere. Despite the outside cold we were very warm and comfortable. A superb place to relax.
The place is magical. The snow even made it more so. Alessio is a darling. Donato is there for you to make sure your stay is the best ever.
Nothing much to complain off except the Italian Authorities who took there time to remove the snow, to make the place safer.
We had lost baggage by Alitalia, and the hotel staffs spported us to clarify everything very kindly. They have exactly 'customer first' mind. I really appriciate that.
It was very charming Trulli in lovely historical area, having two bed rooms + living +small kitchen for four persons. Restaurant arranged by staff for Christmas Eve was also excellent. We enjoyed our two nights stay in the town, including Christmas related events, all in walking distance.
There was no parking space close to our Trulli area, but free parking area available around the main road (about 200m distance) advised by staff. Shower space (curtain fence cartain) is small.
We were upgraded We stayed in a traditional Trullo The staff explained everything to us regarding the town, parking, restaurants to eat at They also gave us souvenirs The room was up-to-date with a nice kitchen, bathroom, wood floors Not very expensive for the location, quality of room.
The bed was a little uncomfortable The heat didn't work so well, however, I'm sure the hotel would have helped fix it had we complained.
If you are looking for a Trullo hut hotel experience, this is the place to book! Clean and comfortable, large kitchen for use. Great and helpful staffs.
