Hotel was in a great location close to train station, main historical attractions, and easy to walk to get to metro for others. The beds were outdated and uncomfortable and the walls were thin! |

Considering Rome standards, the Tirreno was excellent value for money. The room was clean, and it is centrally located. We could walk to all the tourist sites we wanted to visit. This included the Vatican, but that took us about an hour. The best part about the hotel is that we could rest our aching feet at the end of the day and have a refreshing pint at the Irish pub, The Druid, a few meters down the street. |

It was close to everything and the people were extremely friendly. The only minor issue was not having an internet connection in the room. We had to bring our laptop down to the lobby to get an internet connection. Other than this it was wonderful. |

Location x 3, Family owned and run with all the plusses of that situation. The staff very helpful and outgoing. Definately my Rome address. The potential of this hotel is great. I just hope nobody else realizes it and puts it out of the reach of budget travellers. There should be a ban on the plastic flowers. |

Nothing much except one staff who was helpful. Others suffer from unhelpful attitude. Although, Wi-Fi was free, it was only available in the lobby area . So it was a pain to go and sit in lobby to work on internet when it would hv been more easier for guest to use in room. Also because of some reason , the signals of cell phone were not anywhere in the hotel. Not even in lobby, so every time one had to use the cell phone, they had to go out into the street where signals were good. |

The hotel is convenient and easy to find when you arrive in Rome at the train station. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room we had was clean, comfortable, and had AIR CONDITIONING, which was very much appreciated! The garden terrace is a lovely place to spend some time relaxing. |

The hotel has a convenient location that is central but far enough from Termini to escape its seediness. The room was clean, extremely quiet (the hotel is on a little-used side-street), air-conditioned, and spacious enough. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good value for budget travel. Nothing to criticize apart from the glutin-fest of a Continental breakfast, but that is a minor point. |

Air conditioning and the private terrace were both very welcome and useful during the heatwave. Breakfasts were well presented but modest. The decor is a bit tired. Carpets were worn, lift was elderly and the hotel paintings and signage was ad hoc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very good. The core facilities were fine. |
