Staff very helpful and genuinely interested in satisrying our requests. They had our room ready for us at 12:30 p.m. --a nice surpise after disembarking our ship that morning! when we asked if any doubles had become available (we had a quad based on availability) they readily changed but noted a price increase as well as that our room would not be available until 4 p.m. Not really, but there is a bit of noise at night from the bar across the street. Close windows, use a/c, or ask for roon on back. We used the fan as a white noise. |

The breakfast was more generous than I expected. Room was very clean and quiet (facing the inside courtyard). It's not a fancy hotel but was great value for money in a good location - we walked everywhere. |

Very close to Termini station, 5-10 minutes to Colosseo and other attractions. Quite cheap (maybe one of the cheapest among the hotels close to the city center). Air conditioning. Free wifi connection readily available at the ground floor. Bike rental is just over the corner (50 m). The breakfast is extremely simple. Coffee, yogurt, couple of rolls and a juce. No buffet to choose from, no fruits (I don't know about others hotels in Rome, but in other European cities it is common). But, the price of the hotel is low :) |

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and location was good. This hotel was an excellent value for the area and the quality of accomodations. |

The rooms were rather small, but neat and clean. The hotel staff were friendly, and at least the receptionists were proficient at english. And it was down a small road, away from traffic noise, but still convieniently near both several major sites and public transportation (though few places in Rome aren't...), |

The staff were extremely nice, helpful and spoke very good english. They marked out on a map most of the sights in the city and how to get to them easily. The Hotel is well kept and clean, the room was a bit small but for the amount of time actually spent in it, it did the job. We would definitely stay with them again if we went back to Rome. All the rooms are non-smoking but that wasn't too bad as I smoked less than usual. |

The staff was very friendly, spoke english pretty well. Breakfast was pretty decent. Air conditioner was excellent! Our room had a balcony which was made our trip even more special!! Internet access if only available if you sit in the lobby & you have to bring your own laptop. And location of hotel is down an alley but the hotel sign is visible. |

The staff were very helpful in advising us on where to eat & what to do. They book bus tours for visitors and even have you picked up at the hotel. The hotel had a good sitting area with a bar and a nice courtyard to relax in & have a drink. Good location! 10 minute walk to Colosseum. |
