The hotel is overall nice. The room was not too big, but also not too small. The staff is friendly and is willing to help with any problems that arise. E.G. our room was ready for us 2 hours before official time, so that we did not have to wait for it. The wifi connection in the rooms is quite a nice addition. Our room had a small terasse, not the one with a stunning view, but nice nevertheless.

As all the people write here - the breakfast is mostly just bread and tea. You have a croissant, some muffin-like cookies and jam, honey, etc. Adding tea to it. And that's it. We also took yogurt sometimes and were not charged for that. The blankets look really old, so do the towels for the shower. And these two facts are basically the most annoying ones.

Man in the reception who was working on 5th of May in the evening was awesome! Professional approach and kind welcome of guests - more people like him! :)

Hotelo Staff was friendly

Beds were very small and hard. Shower was too small, no tub. Internet was slow. patio was not very nice, planters had dead plants in them, patio wall was too high to see over

Great location in a historic building, where the famous Domenichino resided during his stay in Rome and whose frescos you can see in most significant churches there. Very friendly English speaking personnel always ready to help. Very clean rooms and facilities. Great Wi-Fi connection.in rooms.

The breakfast consists of coffee/juice/milk, 2 croissants, butter, jam, honey. That's IT. You can order something else, like yogurt for example, but you'll be charged for that additionally. So you'd better skip it regarding this as a kind of 'invite' to explore what the city has to offer :)

Friendly staff and good location (superb deli next to the hotel). Nice balcony and a quiet inner garden. WiFi worked in the room as well (but not on the balcony).

Uncomfortable and small bed! Smallish room and only three Italian channels on tiny TV. Not the biggest breakfast (but we got yoghurt when we asked for it). Slightly dated.

Wifi connection not always reliable

Excellent location between from Roma Termini (10 min) and Colloseum (10 min). Quiet on 4th floor. Good bed. Good shower. Clean. Breakfast is okay. 24 hour reception with small candies. Close to metro. Nice staff.

Staff were all very friendly and obliging throughout our stay. We have stayed there twice previously and the hotel was every bit as welcoming and convenient as we had remembered it to be. Location excellent for Santa Maria Maggiore and only ten minutes gentle walk from Termini Railway Station, plus three excellent restaurants and the famous Druid's Den Irish Bar literally within 100 yards! We will happily return in the near future!

Nothing, really. Being slightly facetious, would have appreciated a "Full English" breakfast, perhaps, but the Continental brekkers provided was plenty to start a busy day of sightseeing!

I liked the garden it has.

It is wonderful place. 10 minutes walk to the Coliseum, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is round the corner. The hotel located near a supermarket and a little stores, shops with fresh fruit, pizza, tea-shop. At the end of Via San Martino ai Monti is a shop where you can buy a takeaway pizza. The hotel has a lovely terrace of common use, which is available at any time, except for the night time. Lovely and helpful staff. Modest but tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms. A great example of the "price - quality".

I had a couple of negative points. 1. My single room had has a terrace. On this terrace are heating boilers. I had constant noise outside the windows. Do not book 305 number if you want to sleep with no noise! 2. My plumbing in the bathroom was broken. On the first day I've been waiting almost 1 hour while the specialist repaired plumbing. 3. The hotel elevator was broken. I had difficulties with the transfer of heavy objects. 4. Some staff at the reception never smile or talk. It's not terrible, but is not particularly pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff....room was of a typical size on European standards...but private balcony was a confotable size.

Very good location for tourist attractions but also had a great selection of local restaurants from traditional Italian to fusion food Thai. The Hotel was neat, clean and tidy with very helpful staff and would recommend it for short stays, we stayed 7 nights. The hotel room was small but you get a balcony with table and seats. Bathroom was good size with step-in shower.

Great Location. Room small, but to be expected for Italy. Very nice bathroom. Elevator very small, but stairs easy to navigate! Staff very friendly and helpful and for the most part had good command of English.

Central position with some good eating places close to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance to the train station was a bonus.

The location is great. Many important tourist places are easy to reach.

The breakfast is fine but it is not self-service. And the variety is not that large and there are only sweet things, which is typically Italian. The room was quite small and the tv was the smallest that I have ever seen since many years. Moreover, the second of two days, it did not work.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the garden terrace was lovely to sit in after a hard days sightseeing with a glass of wine.

Breakfast was a bit menial - it could be greatly enhanced by offering cheeses & ham - even some boiled eggs - bread & jam is not the best way to start a day

Has a good location in Rome, and there is airconditioning in the room which is very nice in hot days

The bed was pretty hard

"policed" exit and entry - rather strange but it seem to be common in most hotels in Italy
