Very disciplined May be only that breafast is till 9 p.m. I get used that usually breakfasts are till 10-11 p.m. |

VERY helpful and friendly staff! They are just as good as any I've ever encountered, and you should know that I live in hotels about half of every month, in the largest cities in the world. I was very impressed. Also, I VERY much appreciated how well the air-conditioning worked. I do not tolerate the heat very well, and I was always able to get the room cool in just a few minutes of returning. I thought the room tariffs were a bit high. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was very good. If I return to Rome, I will definitely choose Tirreno. It would have been nice to have real towels but I realize that isn't very common in Rome. |

The staffs for breakfast are all very kind. 1.One shower caused the room full of water. 2.The reception guy had a very bad attitude and very impatient. We asked him some recommondations of real italy resturant and he told us to eat in 'Forchetta d'oro (name of the resturaunt) which is near the hotel. Actually, this resturant had very very bad food and they asked us more money. They didn't accept credit card and gave no facture. |

The staff could not do enough to make us welcome. We arrived 2hrs early and were given tea and cakes and were upgraded to a room with a terrace, as the weather was excellent we could sit in the sun.Fantastic. |

The position of the Hotel was ideal for both Metro lines and within walking distance of all major attractions. The hotel staffs’s recommended restaurants were a success and hit the spot. Pillows need puffing up. At first sight towels looked great for toga party, but did the job and were changed everyday. |
