Really low quality of furniture, two beds put together to make a double one but the worst was that there wasn`t any natural light from the windows and the view was ona wall really close to the windows with the gas pipes. Tv with 4 channels with just ametican and spanish programs. Low quality breakfast Stanza con mobili di bassa qualità. Hanno unito due letti singoli per farne uno matrimoniale. Finestre prive di luce naturale vista la vicinanza dei muri attigui e delle tubature del gas che rappresentavano la vista della camera. Tv piccola e vecchia con programmi in tedesco o spagnolo

We are a family of 4 traveling with two children ages 5 and 7. Our room was comfortable and had ac. We liked the location and would recommend it.

Nothing bad but the breakfast could have been a little better. It was simple, not bad.

It was equidistant from San Marco and Rialto so a good location although not easy to find on arrival. Our room faced onto the plazza and so had a very pleasant view. It was very quiet at night and had ac that worked well. We had read other reviews complaining about the size of the rooms on the third floor and so we were nervous but the room was extremely spacious.

Breakfast was non-existent. The choice was poor and no-one offered us tea or coffee or anything. The juice was undrinkable, something from a carton that resembled orange juice only in colour, if even that. There was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, although the hotel staff helped with bags. The exterior belies the character of the hotel inside.

The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to use the breakfast room for our picnic lunch each day. The location is fantastic and the charming square outside allowed our kids, 8 and 10 to have somewhere to let off steam.

The hotel has lots of lovely features and furniture but is a little shabby in places. Rather in keeping with Venice generally, we thought!

party of 2 adults & 2 older children. Room fairly spacious - kids had separate beds (small but separate). Good size bathroom. Great breakfast. Close to everything you want and need in Venice. Had fridge in room.

No lift. Wifi only available in some areas of hotel

Staff were friendly & helpful quiet location

We stayed on 3rd floor and no lift the site should provide directions which are quite easy if you know in advance. We spent too long pulling cases round streets and over bridges. Clean, good air con, nice room

This hotel had al lot of good points: a friendly staff, a good location (+/- 5 min from San Marco square), clean and comfortable rooms (not very luxurious, but just enough). I would recommend it to everyboby how goes to Venice and doesn't want to spend al lot of money on a hotel.

nahe am Zentrum, Service freundlich und unkompliziert, wir sind schon zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und werden es gerne wiederbuchen

Non ho notato l'ascensore e l'ingresso per disabili è un pò difficile

Hotel extrêmement calme à cette époque (Noël 2011). Excellent accueil: discrétion, amabilité, serviabilité, gentillesse. Le propriétaire (?) en plus du fait qu'il parle français est plein d'un humour de bon aloi. Il est comme il faut. Le personnel est également au service des clients. A noter un excellent petit déjeuner. Pour un prochain voyage, nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

L'hotel ha una posizione bellissima su una grande piazza vicino piazza S.marco.l'unico problema è la colazione ma la gentilezza e la cortesia dello staff te lo fa dimenticare.
