Excellent location and pleasant staff.

Beds not very comfortable and need upgrading.

Location is fantastic, hotel staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful, and rooms are of decent size and clean

Carrying a suitcase up stairs is challenging, but front desk staff offered to help. The smell of breakfast cooking (croissants) wafted up to the third floor about 6am.

It was equidistant from San Marco and Rialto so a good location although not easy to find on arrival. Our room faced onto the plazza and so had a very pleasant view. It was very quiet at night and had ac that worked well. We had read other reviews complaining about the size of the rooms on the third floor and so we were nervous but the room was extremely spacious.

Breakfast was non-existent. The choice was poor and no-one offered us tea or coffee or anything. The juice was undrinkable, something from a carton that resembled orange juice only in colour, if even that. There was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, although the hotel staff helped with bags. The exterior belies the character of the hotel inside.

The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to use the breakfast room for our picnic lunch each day. The location is fantastic and the charming square outside allowed our kids, 8 and 10 to have somewhere to let off steam.

The hotel has lots of lovely features and furniture but is a little shabby in places. Rather in keeping with Venice generally, we thought!

party of 2 adults & 2 older children. Room fairly spacious - kids had separate beds (small but separate). Good size bathroom. Great breakfast. Close to everything you want and need in Venice. Had fridge in room.

No lift. Wifi only available in some areas of hotel

We stayed on 3rd floor and no lift the site should provide directions which are quite easy if you know in advance. We spent too long pulling cases round streets and over bridges. Clean, good air con, nice room

хороший номер. очень приветливый персонал. поселили в номер раньше установленного времени.

скудный завтрак (два вида сыра, кексы и круассаны, мюсли, молоко, йогурты)! за 160 евро в сутки за номер, завтрак должен быть по-богаче. кофе удовлетворительный.

Fin beliggendhed ud til lille torv. Fik værelse på 4. sal med lille altan/balkon og udsigt over byens tage. God morgenmadsbuffet.

Отличное месторасположения, интересный антикварный интерьер.

Ночью не получалось спать с открытым окном - окна выходят на площадь, поздние гуляки и аккустика площади.

Accueil, situation géographique, petit déjeuner, personnel très attentif, très bon rapport qualité/ prix, chambre propre et très fonctionnelle, grande salle de bains avec grande douche ça change de bcp d'hotels.. Très bon hotel pour découvrir Venise, rien à dire.

Pas d'ascenseur , mais à l'accueil lors de votre arrivée quelqu'un vous montera les bagages jusqu'à vos chambres et c'est fort appréciable...

La posizione a tre minuti da piazza S. Marco, la cortesia del personale, la pulizia, il buon gusto senza esagerazioni.
