The professionalism and willingness on the part of the staff to make our stay at the hotel very pleasant.We also loved the spacious room we had. There is a wonderful restaurant close by (Crazy Pizza). The hotel starts seving breakfast at 4:30 A.M which is very convenient for people travelling very early in the morning. |

We stayed at the hotel for the location to the airport. The staff were all very helpful (we were able to store our luggage at the hotel when we stayed a night in Venice) |

Convenient to the airport. An easy bus ride from central Venice, with not too bad a walk from the bus stop just past the hotel (ring for a stop as you pass it on the right), maybe two or three hundred yards on smooth and level sidewalks for easy pulling of suitcases. |

The people were very nice and helpful. A very clean and nice hotel, and very convenient for getting to the airport for a very early flight. They even had breakfast at 4:30AM. Very nice! |

Your friendly, helpful, and English speaking staff was very useful to us because we aren't bilingual. Noisy heating pipes. They kept popping, difficult to control the room temperature. |

We were pleased with the hotel for many reasons, including the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room. We were especially pleased that we could get a shuttle at 5:00 a.m. to the airport. Thank you! And the breakfast was terrific! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The shuttle to the airport was excellent and very accommodating. The room was clean and we were able to checkin early. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Venice. |

Proximity to airport Mattress too hard , The room was too hot, and would not cool down so we opened window. There was a horrid smell coming from outside (ie urine), so we had to close window. |

only a short distance from the airport but we were ripped off by E20 for the taxi ride (not the hotel's fault). Staff very polite and provided directions on public transport into Venice. Breakfast acceptable but breakfast room very quiet & lacked atmosphere. Good hotel if somewhere near the airport needed. Rooms very spacious but basic and quite dark |

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff very helpful and the rooms comfortable and the price is right, Also the proximity to the airport made it ideal for an early morning fliglht and the shuttle service was extremely organized and prompt. |

The help from the staff in contacting my airline, which I had trouble doing. The early breakfast, which was complete and excellent. The availability of the early morning transport to the airport. Close proximity to the bus transit stop from the train station. No. Although it would have been nice if they had a lounge that served beer and wine - especially after our long train ride. |
