Good hotel, very nice, big and clean room. More luxus than the other three star hotels that we visited in Italy. Some difficulties with finding the hotel by car...

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was good, in a large dining room with an active staff to replenish coffee. Hotel has an elevator. Hotel Tivoli is a good option for visiting Tivoli, although it is located several kilometers from Tivoli proper. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a supermarket, within a small "mall". There are not many restaurant options within walking distance. We could not find the restaurant that the hotel said was closest and the walk was over some poorly maintained sidewalks next to the busy Via Tiburtina. The hotel is in an unattractive neighborhood, which may cause the less adventurous to feel uneasy when exploring by night.

I was satisfied with the clean and spacious room. Breakfast is not abundant, but has all you need: fresh croisants, good coffee, cakes, yoghourt, bread if you want.

Buona la colazione, ma solo all'italiana (niente cose salate) Il wifi doveva esser gratis invece chiedevano 5 euro all'ora e comunque in camera non prendeva. Il primo giorno c'erano asciugamani con I buchi, La piscina dell'hote a fianco, che doveva essere a disposizione, non si poteva usare. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare l'aria condizionata

Buona la posizione se vuoi visitare Roma e Tivoli. Ottima la pulizia delle camere. La camera è spaziosa e bella. Colazione scarsa e non di qualità (torte del discount secche, aperte da qualche giorno). Portiere un pò scortese (quello meno giovane) che ha voluto recuperare durante la settimana di soggiorno.

Большая частная парковка, удобное сообщение с транспорт. магистралями, если приехал на машине (но пробки на въезд и выезд в Рим). Номер большой, хорошо убран.Балконов нет. Рецепшен после 23-00 закрывается и в отель можно войти по своему электр. ключу от номера. Завтрак - обычный, европейский, без разнообразия. Интернет бесплатен на 1 час в сутки для каждого номера, следующие часы в сутки стоят 5 евро. Wi-Fi - только в общественных зонах (например, в холле). В номерах большая слышимость звуков из соседнех номеров и из коридора. Но в целом, цена\качество - понравилось.

La Mappa del booking non corrispnde alla posizione e la strada dell'albergo per cui è stato difficile trovare l'albergoi. Colazione molto scarsa per un albergo di tre stelle. ( mancava il pane, formaggi, frutta ecc...)

Нет ни одного позитивного момента, который бы заполнился . Номер напоминает советский пансионат. Скромная деревянная кровать, минимум дизайна. Расположен на шумной трассе. В водухе сильно пахнет серой. Если приезжаете вечером, после 20.00 - на респешн никого нет, всё закрыто. Нужно идти соседний Дюк. Они вообще существуют как единое целое - два этих отеля. Завтрак напоминает сухой паёк.

Il prezzo era molto conveniente e la colazione a buffet inclusa nel prezzo, anche se fatta solo di dolci, era abbondante e di buona qualità. La stanza da bagno era in buono stato e pulita La mia stanza dava sulla Tiburtina ed il ruore delle macchine rendeva molto difficile poter dormire. La stanza era inoltre vicino all'ascensore che a sua volta era molto rumoroso quando si metteva in moto. I muri della stanza erano sporchi e gli asciugamani lisi e ridotti al numero minimo indispensabile. Non c'è un portiere di notte

Posizione buona per raggiungere Roma e dintorni in auto. Hotel silenzioso e pulito. Adatto per il riposo dopo una giornata in attività. Colazione semplice. La portineria chiude alle 23 e per esigenze bisogna rivolgersi al hotel attiguo della stessa proprietà.

Cortesia della addetta ala reception, ma solo al mattino. Ordine, pulizia e silenzio. Freddo che filtra "attraverso" la finestra. Il pomeriggio, all'arrivo, personale scontroso, taciturno e poco comunicativo.

Het onthaal ; het was de heer aan het onthaal duidelijk onaangenaam dat ik mij aanmeldde ; zelfs op mijn "buongiorno" volgde geen antwoord ; ik voelde mij ongeveer schuldig dat ik durven boeken had bij zijn hotel; verder was de locatie zeer slecht gelegen en moeilijk te vinden

Quarto bom, vista dos fundos mais repousante. Cafe da manhã muito simples, sem queijo, alimento fundamental para quem como eu não pode ingerir leite nem iogurte. Sala de recepção pouco aconchegante e falta de banheiro no terreo. A sua localização é conveniente para visitar Vila D´Leste mas a avenida é barulhenta para que ficar acomodado nos quartos que dão para rua.

Kamer is ruim, in goede staat en vooral schoon! Helaas heb ik wat meer negatieve punten. Hotel ligt aan zeer gehorige drukke weg, avonds geen personeel aanwezig, wifi werkt niet, overige voorzieningen minimaal. Verder het ontbijt: zeer matig (understatement) weinig keus er wordt ook niets aangevuld (op is op en dat is al vrij snel). Ontbijtzaal grote puinhoop, opruimen doet men pas na afloop. Kortom: alleen nemen als je echt niets anders kan vinden, verder met een grote boog omheen lopen!!
