All staff are very friendly,very clean hotel,location very close to the train and bus station just 10 min on foot and 20 min to the city center, one of the receptionist has recommended a restaurant close by the name is margarita and I also recommend another restaurant in the city center the name is osteria la bettolaccia in via gen.enrico fardella , both restaurants are not to be missed while visiting trapani

It was home away from home. Staff really courteous and helpful. Walking distance to almost everything in the city centre. I would certainly do it all over again.

The proximity to the old town of Trapani and the ease of getting in and out of both the town and the hotel parking lot. Being a fairly modern hotel it lacks the charm of older, more established property'S. The outside looks like a square concrete box and the foyer decor has a minimalist feel about it.

Nice personal, we were there in September and it was always space in the breakfast room, the breakfast held a normal continental standard. Great service with regard to cleaning of the rooms, changing on the beds, new towers every day. We did not miss anything. The room standard was same or above what we normally has experienced. Not all of the staff was english speaking very well, but they repeated in Italian untill we understood. We came by car and it was easy to park safely and close to the hotel.

We think that the hotel was too far away from centrum . We were very disappointed about the staff ...they seems to be in bad temper all the time. They were not service minded even nigth or day. Their information.... To us was so bath and not right for exsampel about bus and place to go out in the night.They were so sourness - was not saying goodbay to us when we check out??????????. We would not like to come back..................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Superba e strategica la posizione con vista sulle Egadi, comodissimo il parcheggio e si puo benissimo andare a piedi al centro e all'imbarco per le isole. Estremamente gentile e disponibile lo staff in particolare il direttore mi ha dato delle graditissime e disinterrate"dritte", internet gratis, buona, fresca e completa la prima colazione con fra l'altro degli invitanti dolci ericini (peccato che ero a dieta!). Veramente pulita e silenziosa la camera. Trapani è bellissima, ci ritornerò sicuramente con tutta la famiglia!

Facile da raggiungere, presenza di parcheggio interno custodito, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Non è lontano dal centro della città, raggiungibile rapidamente a piedi, la zona in cui però è localizzato è un pochino desolata

Albergo moderno, pulitio, confortevole, con un ottimo staff, con in testa il Direttore, sempre gentile e disponibile a risolvere problemi anche non pertinenti all'hotel. Se capiteremo di nuovo a Trapani andremo sicuramente ad alloggiare li.

il bel centro storico di Trapani è raggiungibile a piedi. la struttura dell'albergo è nuova. Staff gentile. il luogo dove è ubicato l'albergo è abbastanza comodo per raggiungere il centro ma la zona è piuttosto degradata

Albergo pulito, sito non in zona centralissima ma in ogni caso a due passi dal centro. Buona la colazione e staff dell'hotel cordiale. Un buon soggiorno. penso che ritorneremo lì in caso riandassimo a Trapani.
