The hotel was centrally located but off the main street way. It was easy to get around to where I needed to go for the one night that I was in Trapani. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The view was not the best but I felt like I received good vaule for my money. |

Hotel staff is nice, we had our breakfast very early in the morning (6 am) even if breakfast time starts at 7 for the hotel The location is near the harbour. It is not a nice part of the city. However it is near the bus station for Birgi Airport. |

Free (wired) internet in the room. Close to train station. Room itself was nice enough. Price was a bit high for what you got. Surrounding area was desolate, but there's not much happening in Trapani even on the main boulevard. |

I liked that the staff was friendly, good coffee at the breakfast. I suppose more of the staff could know better english, but that is just tipical italy. Got good help to get taxi for the trip to the airport when we were going home. |

close to the old center of Trapani with it's cosy small streets, friendly staff, beautifull design,,,,the location; about 10 min drive from the airport of Trapani (Birgi) they serve (good) breakfast from 07h00, even earlier if you have an early flight to catch,,, |

unfortunatly my review will not be so valid, we just used this hotel as a pit stop really, after a late flight on the 20th and before we went to our destination of San Vito Lo Capo on the 21st. We spent 10 hours in the hotel and had breakfast the next day. I would say that the breakfast was not 4star and not so varied for the english traveler. I wasn't aware of any hot/cooked options. Just pastries, cerial and fruit. I would not recomend this hotel, only becase I would not recomend Trapani as a holiday destination. But I would not have paid the advertised rate of €120 for this hotel. |

The hotel is modern, very comfortable, with air conditioning that actually works well. Although not located directly inside the old city, it is very close and actually much more convenient for parking than staying in the pedestrian only zone downtown. It is also located near the train station. |

The room was very nice and the breakfast was good. We arrived on Sunday night and there was no where open within any reasonable distance to get something to eat or drink so we had no dinner. It would be nice if the hotel provided some form of food and drink. |

Het moderne interieur van het hotel, de aankleding van de kamer, de klantvriendelijkheid van het Engels sprekende personeel en heel belangrijk de redelijke geluidsdichtheid van de kamer (dit gezien de ligging van het hotel) hebben wij als bijzonder prettig ervaren. Wat we misten op de kamer was een plateau met waterkoker, kopjes, thee, koffie enz., dus de mogelijkheid om op de kamer een kopje koffie/thee te kunen maken. Voor een hotel van deze klasse een must. |
