Good Hotel with very good localization.

Excellent staff. Very helpful & very fluent in English.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and I can say that this hotel is amazing, quiet location, not far from town centre (15mins walk, or less) breakfast was nice, not much to choose but its enough. Most of staff speaks only a bit of English but they were very helpful and tried to explain everything even it was in Italian. The room was very stylish, bathroom was beautiful. Definitely this hotel is good for the money value.

The hotel is clean and the room spacious and provides excellent value for money.Staff is helpful and pleasant.A short walk to the port area of the city.

Great staff, excellent small hotel for a mini break plus free shuttle into the historic old town every 15 mins.

Manager and staff were all very helpful with for example suggesting restaurants and booking a table for us. Location was good for us as it had its own car park, so each of the three days we were there we could travel afar to explore the regions; but also it was on the edge of the old town, so we could walk out in the evening to eat.

One of very few hotels in Trapani to offer free and secure car parking. Smart, modern, minimalist hotel with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Nice bathroom. Helpful staff. Decent buffet breakfast - but choose your coffee carefully! The 'Americano' was vile! Handy for getting out of town if you're heading south to Marsala. Only ten minutes' walk from the railway and 'bus stations.

A bit of a trek getting into town (twenty minutes at least on foot along a busy seafront road). No decent restaurants close to hotel. Area in which hotel is located is rather scruffy and characterless, though not dangerous. No free wi-fi Internet access in room, though there is a terminal in the main lounge which you don't need to pay to use.

Yes, we liked it and the personnel did a wonderful job helping us and making our stay comfortable. We hope to return there. Pkease, say grazie tante to everyone at the front desk and in the cafeteria

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good enough with helpfull personel with a limited language skils. Location was good.

V hotelu jsme strávili jednu noc ve třílůžkovém pokoji na cestě po Sicílii. Hotel odpovídá standardu své kategorie, pokoj byl čistý, dostatečně velký a pohodlně zařízený, snídaně bohatá a chutná, výhodou je hotelové parkoviště, historické centrum města je nedaleko (10 minut pěšky). There we spent one night in a triple room on the way to Sicily. Hotel corresponding standard in its category, the room was clean, big enough and comfortable, the breakfast varied and tasty, the advantage of the hotel car park, the historic city center is nearby (10 minutes walk).

Na pokoji nefunkční internet a kvůli signálu bylo nutno jít do jiných prostor. In-room internet and non-functional due to signal it was necessary to go into the other room.

de prijs voor deze hotelkamer was veel te hoog. en wij vonden het geen vier sterrenhotel. savonds niet aantrekkelijk om naar de stad te lopen langs de donkere haven. Onze kamer keek uit op een industrieterrein.In hotel savonds niks te doen!!!!!

Rent och snyggt hotell, på gångavstånd från gamla staden.

Ein modernes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal, das auch Englisch spricht. Ausreichendes Frühstück mit Schinken, Käse und Süssigkeiten. Einige Parkplätze auf dem hoteleigenen nicht bewachten Parkplatz. Ich hatte aber trotz Vorurteile nie Sicherheitsbedenken in Sizilien.

Comfort in camera, spaziosa, pulita, vicina al centro storico. Trapani è una città gioiello. Tutto inaspettato. Consiglio hotel e soggiorno.
