just a standard hotel. clean. near by Fiera Milano so it's a great location if you an event at the Fiera or at the Sole 24 Ore building. free wi-fi everywhere in the hotel. the lounge in front of the garden is good.

room is small. breakfast is below average. staff was friendly and helpful in night and at the breakfast room. however, the morning i left the hotel the receptionist charged my company card with a over 600 euro bill rather than euro 107. i noticed and she changed the bill without even "a sorry" (and i had asked to her to prepare my invoice in advance as I was rushing)

Poor communication and greeting manners of the evening reception staff. Lack of complementary tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Having to pay a "city tax". I have traveled to so many cities around the world including Europe and this was the first place where I had to pay a city tax as a tourist!

Very close to underground train station. Close to San Siro stadium. Complimentary WiFi fast. Very comfortable room and desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Could not rate them more highly. Would definitely stay here again.

The friendliness of the Staff

I am from Milan, so I know the town very well. But, because I have lived abroad for many many years, I don't own a place there anymore, so I stay in hotels. Every time I tend to try different ones, as Milan spoils you for choice. This hotel ranks among my top three favourites. The room was fantastically decorated (I loved the Kartell furniture!), super clean, the bed was super comfortable, the view onto the internal gardens superb and the staff very professional. The location is perfect for shopping or an artistic tour or a business trip. The price? again excellent value for money. I will definitely go back.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view of the park from the room was also very calming. The location is good, if you don't want to be in the hustle bustle of the city--it is in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. The Buonarotti metro stop is just a few steps away from the hotel; so reaching the city centre is no problem at all. All the amenities are available. Breakfast was also good. Good value for money.

The single room is the size of the bed. For a 4 stars hotel in Milano is too small.

The staff, particularly Andrea, were always very helpful. They helped us find many wonderful local restaurants.

The windows are not protected from the sound on the street side; the traffic noise during the night is unpleasant.

Incredible place, if you get a room with park view, the only noise is from the birds singing early in the morning. Difficult to believe that you are in the center of Milan. In fact the metro station is only 50 m away, and everything (Duomo, fiera etc.) is just a few minutes ride by metro. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel but there is an excellent restaurant just opposite the hotel on the other side of via Tiziano. A hotel which I would highly recommended to anybody visiting Milano.

The setup of the breakfast buffet is not very smart. The most sought after items are all concentrated in one corner, which is constatnly overcrowded, while other areas of the long buffet table are never busy.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The garden was beautiful in the sunshine and there was the opportunity to eat breakfast outside! The metro is 50 metres from the hotel and you can go direct to Duomo (the famous cathedral!!). Perfect for a short city break.

Hotel has a very convinient location (not far away from city center), staff is friendly and always ready to help.
