Staff were very friendly and effective in helping avoid tourist traps. Most were very friendly.

An ideal location for visiting Rome! The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the room was excellent.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low for the entire week. Since our stay was before the first of May, there was no air conditioning. The weather was not so hot, but we would have appreciated air circulation at night, since rooms on Corso V. Emanuele II are quite noisy due to the traffic. and bright due to the street lights just outside the hotel.

The hotel is well located, the room was comfortable and the WiFi connection was free an d unlimited.

The bathroom was not particularly well designed with insufficient space for toiletries etc.

Indeed best location for a stay to discover the heart of Rome. Very very kind and helpful staff at reception but also to take you to garage parking. Nice building rooms large and nicely set and decorated. Not noisy as many hotels in this city. A very good stay but too short...We will return...

Distance to garage parking was a bit far, but we were on holidays, but find a parking in Rome is not an easy task. August City of Rome special regulations for opening & closing times of garage parkings did not make the task easier.

i made a resrvetation there to stay 4 dasy but from the first day or night i made a check out and i stayed in onother hotel .the location of the hotel is fine but the room it looks like old and the lights there is so week

the bathroom is not good really the hotel is old sicne 1860 i think that's why also breakfast very poor there when i ask for a spanich omlet she told me you have to pay for that other thing is very normal .

朝食のとき、クロスが汚かったので、変えてほしいといったところ、とても不快な感じで、忙しいんだから、テ- ーブルクロスごときでつべこべいわないでよ。見たいなことを大きい声でイタリア語で言われて、頭にきた。レ- セプションからも、夜の11時に、パスポートのことで、電話がかかってきた。非常識もはなはだしい。

No me ha gustado nada, permanecí una sola noche, a pesar de haber reservado 5 y me cambié de hotel.

El edificio, el personal, las habitaciones, el horrible desayuno.

Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità alla reception ed il comfort della reception stessa. Anche il personale che serve la colazione è molto corretto ed educato.

La mia stanza aveva il frigobar vuoto e non vi erano scuri per la luce per cui mi sono svegliata troppo presto. La colazione è stata piuttosto deprimente e sia il dolce che il salato di qualità molto scadente. C'erano calcinacci ovunque sulle scale oltre il primo piano. Le stanze non sono coibentate bene, si sentono i rumori in modo evidente.
