The lady serving breakfast was excellent. However, the reception staff was not so helpful and was definitely lack of italian hospitality.
had to leave early before the breakfast time started but front desk arraigned for kitchen to be opened 20 minutes before so i could have breakfast. Great job! have been in 5 star hotels and this was refused even if only 10 mins before.
nothing all ok
room very cold, youcan only use aico for heating. VERY noisy as a main street is in front of the hotel so you deffo need to bring your earplug
Loved it. Everything was within walking distance.
Within walking distance of just about every Rome highlight The room decor The fantastic staff
No jug for hot water in the room No corkscrew or wine glasses in the room
Room very very poor for a 4 star .there is no such rooms in the photos and staff very unhelpful with luggage since there is steps to enter in hotel .
The staff was very welcoming and helpful in giving advice about sites, buses to take and other general information that a traveller would need to know. They all spoke excellent English and were very easy to understand. The breakfast was very tasty and had a variety of items.
The hotel clearly needs a facelift. Although very quiet and comfortable, I thought it was overpriced and overrated for its condition
The situation: We were in Rome for a Vatican function, and could walk there. The nearby Largo Argentina is a transport hub. Local sights and restaurants are excellent. Helpful and efficient staff; comfortable rooms.
We had no complaints at all.
limited space in room
The hotel is very old and dirty!
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent selection catering for all tastes
Single room in needed to be decorated. Window catch wobbly, One of the sockets was broken, although still worked. The bed was placed against a wall, and the other side had been sat on too many times, giving a slight sloping down, in fact fell out of it whilst turning over, fortunately not hurt
Location - in the centre of town Excellent food Historical building
I loved all about rome and the mood of everyone plus the weather. I loved the historical aspect to the city and the old Fashioned ness of hotel tiziano.
Can't think of anything I didn't like except maybe the pickpockets lurking around all the time.
nice hotel, very friendly & helpful staff
Location is good enough. Easy walking access to the most historical places
The cleaning service does not correspond for 4* level hotel
location and staff were great.
Location location location
Small room bathroom - small and without shelf no telephone in the room poor breakfast for 4 star hotel
Location was fab as EVERYTHING was an easy walk with very friendly staff
Breakfast room is too small lots of guests having to hang around for a table. Food slow to be replenished - need more than one staff on duty! No tea/coffee in room
Bus from Termini Station stops right by the hotel, and it is only a few minutes walk from my favourite areas. Good price, huge breakfast selection (get there early!) And friendly staff. Had a single room with a lovely bonus of a private balcony. Loved it!
Staff very kind and ready to help
Lots pf people at the same time for yhe breakfast. Income taxes a bit expensive !
This hotel cannot be beaten for location, it is within walking distance of all major sites. We used hotel arranged pick-up from and transfer to airport. For a little extra one gets door-to-door service in an immaculate Mercedes. Although on a busy road, we had a room at the rear with no noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful though room can be somewhat crowded. Certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in central Rome.
Very good location, near to all historical places as well as to shopping
hotel is quite central wifi works in room and is fast clean breakfast is good and has a generous choice
bed was rather small but well i can live with that
Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Close to all the major attractions and can walk pretty much to anywhere. We loved our stay
wifi is not very good at all. But there is a computer and printer with better connection available 24 hours to use.
